A suicide bomber has killed at least 20 people close to a busy market in Khar in Bajaur district in northwest Pakistan. The target appears to have been a tribal policeman Fazal Rabi, who was recently honoured for his bravery in fighting the Pakistani Taliban. The Taliban have claimed responsibility for Friday's attack.
