Any Oasis song.
Or any U2 song.
If I hear them I wish I was dead, which I guess is the same as feeling sleepy.

I find "Rootless Tree" by Damien Rice pretty relaxing. I've played that song, along with many, many others, while I go sleep before. :/ Soft, slow music in general helps me sleep all the time.

If I am already kinda sleepy, General Fuzz (especially his albums Soulfulfilling and Messy's Place) usually gets even more sleepy.
