I am ashamed to say that the last gig I went to was over a year ago!

However, I was lucky enough to win a ticket to Live 8 in Hyde Park in London on July 2, 2005. Some of the arists I had seen before but others such as:

Madonna, Snoop Dogg, Robbie Williams, Coldplay, Travis, the Who and Paul McCartney I had never seen.

The highlight of the evening for me was seeing Pink Floyd - a once in a lifetime experience. What was your last gig or concert?

The last gig I went to was a while ago too - but it was Star Sailor at the Birmingham Academy. They had only just released their second album and were impressed that the crowd knew all of the lyrics to the songs.

It was a great venue because you could walk around freely and have a close up view of the band.

The last major concert I went to was Rollling Stones: Bigger Bang tour in Horsens, Denmark - their last European venue as far as I know.

It was great - though standing up for +7 hours almost killed my feet...
