I hear this song on the radio most all the time if that.

And it's by EvaneScence. My only problem is I am not sure if it's on there first or second cd and the name of it.

I only know like... I'm Broken and fallen ... part of the song is all I know.

Any body else hard of this song on the radio by chance.

The closest thing I could find using the lyrics was "Going Under" which was off their first album (Fallen).

lol you really didn't help with the info very much, but either you were listening to "Broken" with Seether wich is on Seethers album "Disclaimer II" or probably "Call me when your sober" which is on Evanescence's second album...BUT "call me when your sober" was their first single off the second album so they may have released a new one and I haven't heard it yet.

EDIT-Or "Going Under" like mentiond above, works too.
