Can't say for sure because I haven't seen Raw, but WWE have used Higher by Creed for Tribute to the Troops shows in the past. Hope that helps.

Creed is no longer and hasnt been for almost 2 yrs now.

There is two bands now

Alter Bridge who sings Edges Theme Music

and former front man Scott Stapp sang the song for the preview video
