Hey who got Avenged SevenFolds new CD they dont scream at all y is that? i think i hear someone say theres something wrong with his voice is that true? what do you think are they better off screaming or they are better not screaming? i think they are better not screaming i liked alot of there songs when they were screamin, but they sound better when they arent. What do you Guys think?

oh how i waited to answer this question...

Basically the singer was told by doctors that the screaming was causing a major strain on his vocal chords, and considering that they are the weakest muscles in the body (one of at least) he was told that screaming like he did in the past could cause him to lose his voice permenantly

They have said they will still play there old material live, but no new material will have screaming in it...

Also i personally prefer the new materal, and i think that him not screaming will work all around
