The rest have at least one guy who either totally blows or is somewhat overrated. Spicolli sure likes his prog...
Vocals: Dave Wyndorf (Monster Magnet) or Chuck Schuldiner (Death) Wyndorf is, in my humble opinion, one of the best vocalists out there. Schuldiner did some vocal work that will never be bettered. Listen Death's cover of Painkiller. Damn. Lead guitar: Zakk Wylde (BLS) or Mille Petrozza (Kreator) Wylde has a uniqe sound, and his riffs range from okay to great. Petrozza is just great. Enemy of God, people... great album. Rythm guitar: Nick Catanese He's good. I like him. Reason good enough. Drums: Whoever plays the drums for Slipknot. As much as I despise the band, I won't deny his skills. Or Drave Grohl, who's quite the drummer. Bass: Joey DeMaio MANOWAAAR! Eh. He's fucking fast. Like... amazingly fasy. I was thinkin about this the other day and was just chatting about it with my mates.
I was thinkin like, how cool would a band be made up from my favourite band members?.. Fuckin cool thats how cool!.. Whos your favourite e.g. vocalist, guitarist, bassist..etc.. and put them in a band together!.. How cool? Mine would be this: Vocals: Brandon Boyd(Incubus) or Matt Heafy (Trivium) Guitar: Slash (Velvet//Guns) or Tom Morello (RATM) Rhyme Guitar: Wayne Static (Static X) or Mike Einziger (Incubus) Bassist: Ryan Martinie (Mudvayne) or Les Claypool (Primus) Drums Travis Barker (Blink 182) or Joey Jordison (Slipknot) Special Effects: Chris Kilmore (Incubus) or Joe Hahn (Linkin Park) Thats one shit load of talent that would make one kick ass band like! ![]() You turn kids! ![]() [ March 25, 2005, 03:29 PM: Message edited by: Tremonti ] |

Vocals Burton C Bell - fear factory's singer - got alot of respect for this guy mainly for his range of styles and his experiments in voice tech.
Lead Guitar Zakk Wylde - my person fave guitarist of all time - he will also be proving backing vocals, and maybe breakdown slow sections set asside for his screams. Rythym Guitar fight between mustaine, hetfield and dimebag - the 3 massive creators of metal rhythm, but im going to put Tonni Iommi - the father of metal. Rhythm guitarist can also dual guitar with lead. Drums Dave Lombardo - possibly the hardest drummer EVER. He's also back with slayer now - so he must be on top form, or at least i hope he is Bass Guitar Simen Hestnæs (ICS Vortex) - dimmu borgirs bassist - personaly rate this guy as the best bassist currently in cycle - his skill, style and precision is awesome - plus he has the awesome ability to windmill while palying insanely fast - then there his voice - he can sing fatastically thats my band for now, or untill i put nore thought into it. This band wud be used to create a new style of metal, and raise metal back the standard it was once at. WoW - some good bands forming here ![]() |
