Actually the clown thing has a whole meaning to it and it has nothing to do with attention and if you havent noticed they in no way whatsoever want to be recognized. I dont feel like explaining it but basically its just like they paint there faces like clowns because a clown is a clown, and how can you judge someone whos painted like a clown? you cant because hes a fuckin clown, the whole message is basically that everyone should be treated equal anyway twiztid has a gimmick with there appearance but im begging you have you actually listened to a good twiztid song? they rap about a ton of real shit, as i said before i was not going to try to defend icp because I cant win that war, but many ppl associate twiztid with icp when in reality jamie madrox and monoxide are 2 awesome MC's.

Abk's "Hey Yall" is gettin rotation up in canada , its an awesome song as well as the video.

2nd Hand Smoke,Darkness,Afraid Of Me, Wrong With Me, Listen ,Fucmyself,Know Good, all awesome twiztid songs as well.

But all I can say is the Nelly feat. Tim Mcgraw I downloaded it for a friend who wanted it on a cd...and I couldn't even hear Tim Mcgraw...I'm not sure if he's playing guitar or what.

But Nelly is garbage. At least LP and Jay-Z have some cred. I like LP's first album, and they use alot of that, so that's awesome.

lmao, Tom mcgraw sings the par tof the hook. You cant really tell the difference in their voices. Its quite sad. But i think the song is great. It all depends on what style of music you like. I listen to EVERYTHING with the exception of Juggalo shit, so i have a huge appreciation for music. And i actually found this album good.

It wasnt supposed to be this huge breakthrough album, it was mash ups, which is basically just mixing one songs beat/music with another songs vocals, i do them myself.Which is also why i think i like them..
mash ups are when you mix vocals with instrumentals from two different genre's(eg. what Z-Trip does)...what you said right there was just normal remixing

technically their the same, but the two names define two different types of mixing

Actually, im one of the few who have actually listened to other than ICP. I've got a number of juggalo friends, and i have to sit in their cars and listen to them. i dont like their style. Its too gimmicky, which is all they are, a rap label with a gimmick. I mean, why have a clown gimmick to get yourself recognized? Why rap about stupid shit just to bring controversy your way and get some attention?

I don't consider Nelly as rap, he's more pop than anything.

Haha they have an EP album? All I know is that "Reanimation" album was a hunk of crap, and their newest one "Meteora" was wayyyy to manufactured. It just took some of the 'enjoyabullness'(not a word ) away from the CD. Their original stuff was much better.

When i first heard the JAY Z/LP song i liked it but it does sound a bit wierd now, i prefer linkin park on their own with the rock and so on,don't get me wrong jay z has had some great songs but the two styles shouldn't be mixed together!

I think both songs are good. Jay-Z with Linkin Park threw me when I first heard the song, but I realy like it. Nelly and Tim McGraw together turned out well also. Experimenting is always a good thing.

and thats what they did. my brother baught the cd and not couting it only has 6 tracks.. they all pretty much suck. as u all know i'm a huge LP fan and i was even going to give this a try even tho Jay-Z was on it.. but i can't waste my money on this one. i like 2 songs maybe on the cd..and the only reason is they're fun to listen to while i drvie crazy on the high way... but musically.. so not worth it.

HUH? LP carry Jay Z....um....I don't think Jay Z needs LP to carry him.

I'm a huge LP fan, have been for aaaaages now, got all their songs even the unreleased ones like step up. I heard they were doing this CD with Jay Z and I was really excited, because Jay Z is quite easily one of the best rappers ever.

The whole point of the CD was just an experiment, obviously the 2 parties like each other's music and I think it was a good idea in theory......in theory that is.

Beside the point Jay Z has sold many many more albums than LP (he has been around longer tho), he has a simple rap style that anyone can understand. To say he has no talent is way off the mark, he's had nothing but hits for years now. LP stuttered on Meteora which was no way near as good as Hybrid Theory.

Even has their own taste in music, some will say its Jay ruining LP, others will say LP ruining Jay. I like both so I think it's just a misadventure....a nice try tho.

"I listen to EVERYTHING with the exception of Juggalo shit"

I dont wanna get off topic here or start an argument but i had to respond to this comment, many people tend to comment like this and dont actually know what there talking about, im not going to defend ICP because people are going to jump all over me but has anyone even actually took the chance to listen to Twiztid or ABK?? Twiztid for example can take any style of music and perfect it as far as im concerned, and im not just saying this because im a juggalo. They make more meaningful songs than most artists out there and thats just the truth. Most people dont even take the time to listen and just pass judgment (not saying that u did), they have a TON of great songs with ranges of different topics, but to each his own i guess. I just feel they have more talent than half the rappers out there today. Hell eminem used to pay them 500 bucks back in the day to open there shows when they were House Of Krazees, not only that but he wouldnt respond back to them , i personally think Jamie Madrox and Eminem would be a good war but eminem wont respond to people with talent.
