I pulled muscle whiplash is killing me again! I been like cant move properly or meidtate for days now and cant excercise!

I've missed you all in the past few weeks!

I am doing a meditation practice and class I signed on for. I have been certified as a spirit guide coach. I am healing people with energy! That sort of just happened. Perhaps I can help people on the board.
