Went to meditation class this evening.
We were given an angel card at the beginning of the meditation to hold without looking at it. At the end of the meditation we gave our a brief chat on our experience.

My card turned out to be AA Raphael - Healthy Eating!!

This was amazing, as I had just written on my FB all the details of
my food tolerance report I had done at a recent holistic fair.

So just another reminder we are being guided.

...... he also gave me a green emerald (for healing affairs of the heart) especially strong with a full moon.

As we left the meditation class, there was the most beautiful full moon (extra large) think they call that a Harvest Moon.

I love getting all these symbols during meditation and then figuring out what they mean!!
