I've been meandering around some websites, and I read a lot of posts involving "Twin Flames."

Can someone fill me in on what this is about? I did some searching on-line and sort of thought I got the general idea, but the posts I've read have me wondering if I've somehow missed the point altogether lol.

there are probably a couple of meanings to this term, but I have always believed it to be similar to soulmate.........a light/flame that burns exactly the same for both people.

Again, there are probably different perceptions. And there are lots of people out there who use twinflame as a term to describe their spiritual counterpart

My understanding od a twin flame is someone who is your "other half". It is someone who has a similar life part and challenges and lessons to learn as you do. It is often said that Twin Flames do not often incarnate in the same lifetime, rather one stays back as a guide of sort to you.

I suspect that i have met my twin flame. From research and my experience, i don't believe that your twin flame is "the one" or will "complete you" etc. Ones meeting / relationship with ones twin flame is very intense. You have a deep unexplainable connection and understanding with each other. You can bring the very best and very best in each other, probably because looking at them is like looking in the mirror.

some people look for their twin flames their entire life, and often become obsessed with the idea. If you are meant to meet them, you will. I suppose they appear in our lives to help us when we need it, to help remind us of what or who we really are.

There was/is absolutely nothing to be sorry for...not in any way shape or form..

sometimes old posts need left in the old place as viewpoints and theories and feelings on them often change over time and the gaining of more understanding on matters.

I just hop anything in all of the postings helped you in your search.
