Default Dream Child.
There has been conversation re. spiritual contracts etc on a higher plane, and it ties in with why we are here etc. It does seem a bit daft that we cannot remember a lot of this while we are on this plane. So I am beginning to wonder.......
Do our children dream? I am talking here, about our very young kids, newborn through to say, 6 months tops. Why do they wake in their sleep crying, or smile and try to talk in their sleep? My little bear....now 7 months..... has for a while done all of this, and sometimes when I have picked him up in the middle of the night, he would look over my shoulder and stare at something I could not see. At 2 months he would try to talk in the middle of the night, and laugh.......
This wasn't wind, teething or anything like that.......something occurs during sleeptime, I am interested to find out what.

Blessings

Thats a definite YES!

In fact children are educated while they sleep. Children learn more during their dream time than their physical, the information is everything from language to family beliefs these are given to the child to set them on their path and create the ground work for the incarnation.

Dear Papa Bear,

Although I can't speak for dreaming babies, I do remember things from being an infant, although mainstream science claims this is impossible.

I had to be under 6 months old as I remember being on (weird feelings sharing this one!) a changing table in my parent's bedroom. I remember being lifted and laid on the bed. They must have been going out somewhere, because my father's tie felt onto my face as he leaned over me. I remember laughing and THINKING, "This is funny!" and that it tickled. I do remember this as if it was yesterday...in fact that memory has been with me throughout my life as a significant thing to keep as a memory.

I've often thought about it, thinking that I thought about things way back then, with the little voice in my head, just as I have throughout my life. So from my perspective, we are born with it all in us. Maybe we get confused when learning how to communicate and function in this world. And just maybe that is enough for us to do that we don't remember to keep our knowledge in the forefront of our minds.

Thanks for bringing that memory up for again!

Blessings to you and yours,
M

I agree with Balance here. They may experience something they miss from the Afterlife that makes them upset. They may see some past life things in their dreams that frighten them. Etc.

A good book to read is Soul Survivor. It is about a 2 year old boy who is reincarnated from a WWII pilot.
