Well, the most obvious cause of twitching and jerking is a magnesium deficiency.
This can be brought on by not eating enough magnesium rich foods or by taking (unsupported) calcium supplements (Cal and Mg work together in the body and if supplemented should be supplemented together) or by consuming too much dairy (the Cal/Mg balance is 10:1/12:1, it should ideally be 2:1 or so) |
