Who, What are these guys? They are like if you took the sun and cut a shape with a person-shaped cookie cutter, minus the retina-searing. You can look at them and see they are extremely bright but can be gazed upon easily. No features, just light.

They show up when I am doing healing energy to myself. The same beings keep showing up. They healed a headache and some leg pain! I'm told that they can heal anything.

mmmm not too sure, but here is an interesting thought.

The Light Beings are extensions of ourselves, sometimes they show up as we are, as we were, or maybe as light apparitions.
A couple of times, I have been asked to give healings, but the person who asked is quite a distance away, so I send it out. She has always seen the same Being turn up, bathed in a golden, almost shimmering light rather than something searing, and can feel this Being draw her inside himself. I know that this Being is who I am, the description fits, and the style of healing that he gives is exactly how I give it through my mind.
I have also seen an Angel, which fits the description you have given, although I could see 'her' clearly, she was neither male nor female in the biological sense. Her light was radiant, but easy to look at and see through.

The light Beings may well be what we need to see or be in contact with at the time of need, it is just how I see it, or more realistically, its how I feel it.
