Default Crystal's and Security Alarms!
I set off security alarms all the time! I do carry a few crystals with me too! There are certain alarms that go off all the time! I know sometimes my energy can do that too! Drives me crazy!! They just laugh at the grocery store i set it off today twice!! LOL

Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

Comet

what do you mean comet? are these alarms like metal detectors and when they scanned you and felt the presence of the crystal they go off?

Security alarms pick up a magnetic coil on the tags
Hematite is a metal and magnetic

Not all Hematite is magnetic, I've got magnetic Hematite bracelets and Necklaces, but non magnetic tumble stones and thumbstones. Would a non magnetic Hemetite set of an alarm?

Only certain metals can be changed to be magnetic
It could be this and the settings on the sensors that pick up Comet
I was trying to give an option to the setting off of alarms
It was a good starting point
Next time comet goes shopping
Maybe the hematite can remain in the car
Or maybe kept just to keep the mystery going

Hey Seph,

Yes it's kinda like that! When you enter a certain store they go off when you wear too many crystals! Took me awhile to realize what set it the alarms off! LOL! Just wondering if it is energy or the crystal!

I notice that some sensors are more sensitive than others it is only certain stores that it goes off with! Sometimes at work it does too!

Thanks again Hermie, I'll try that today and remember to take off all crystals before entering the store and give ya feedback later!!

Could be a mystery as well!! Hey it keeps life interesting!!

Hi peaceandkarma, i think like hermie says it's just certain Hematite that can set it off! Guess it's how the stone was made and where it came from!

I'm still learning how powerful the Hemiate crystal is!!

Um hematite has metal in it :P therefore it will trigger alarms that scan for knives, guns and other weapons.

Iron 69.94 % Fe 100.00 % Fe2O3
Oxygen 30.06 % O
______ ______
100.00 % 100.00 % = TOTAL OXIDE

It is magnetic when heated.

This is really interesting, I look forward to the experiment of if the alarms go off when all crystals are removed. Keep us posted.

Hermatite is the stone for Aries and as an Aries I am drawn to it. However Ive owned 2 necklaces, 3 bracelets and 4 rings all but 1 has broke. Oh and a friend made me a necklace with 2 Hermatite beads on and the necklace broke above the Hermatite beads.
Would love to get your thoughts on this. I know jewellery is wear and tear but thats an awful lot of Hermatite to be wear and tear right?

I wondered if it was something to do with the Iron content within the stone, If in my body I had slightly more iron then I need it was almost repelling against it?

I know that Hematite is a type of Iron Oxide, but I didn't know it could be magnetised by heating. I know that its magnetised industrially, but now I know how.
