I don't think my grounding worked because.... I found that I had a significant sodium deficiency and I believe that through worry and a near nervous breakdown this week, my stomach meridians/digestive system is out of balance.
So, I think my electrical system malfunctioned.

And I found that out AFTER reading your responses. Body is slave to the mind. Therefore, I mentally caused a malfunction. Otherwise, I think the meditation would have been a serious relaxer.
I'm still keyed up, yo.

This was a learning experience to regain the balance.

Default Post Meditation feeling
Yeah, yeah. Drea is posting another meditation question.

So, I had soft music. Golden light surrounded me and went all through my body and all the bad junk came out and I saw a big bucket dump out black fluid outside on the grass where the Earth absorbed and neutralized it.

I felt the light in me thicken and expand with a gentle pressure. Getting up from my session, I felt a dreamy floatyness. I feel lightness. I move my arms when I walk and I feel rays of light coming from the backs of my arms in motion.

I still feel this way as I write (1pm). My meditation was about half an hour ago.
This a good thing?

Yes, but you should also ground. If you feel floaty or spacey, you aren't grounded. It's great to get rid of the negative junk but remember to ground yourself back to earth.

PM is right, this sounds like you need grounding. I try to remember to ground myself at the end of every session, otherwise I sometimes get that 'space cadet' feeling lol.
