Is it possible to ask spirit for help? I am very close to achieving a life long ambition and have one stumbling block which includes a time frame. Can I ask for help to overcome this and if so who do I ask and how do I ask. Is it very selfish to ask for this, I am not accustomed to requesting help and feel bad even thinking about it. This is a big thing for me and feel I cannot let it pass me by without even trying. Any advice would be gratefully received.

It's not selfish but if it's not in your highest good, spirit will not perform it. Just keep asking "If this is for my highest good, please help me to make it happen."

No, it's not selfish to ask for help. In fact, it's often one of the hardest things we need to learn: to realize that we need help, and to ask for it! I'm still wrestling with this lesson myself.

That said, feel free to ask for assistance/guidance from your spirit guide, or address your request to the Universal Mind, in general. If what you're asking for is for your greater good, it will find a way to come to you. Perhaps you'll receive advice, perhaps you'll merely have a secure feeling that spirit is working on it. If it should be, it will come to pass.
