I picture the person in my mind in perfect health surrounded by a white light bubble. I ask that the healing comes from the highest power. I use white light a lot because can be used where ever it is needed.

If I know the specific type of aliment, and the person is someone close to me, I'll use a color that I know will help the person.

For instance, if a good friend is sad and needs a long distance hug, I'll send a pretty pink bubble of color and surround them with love.

As with Maranda, it needs to come from the heart.....if the intent and faith is strong, anything is possible.

For me, I don't see colours, yet.......if someone asks for healing, it is as easy as thinking, yes, I have the belief and faith that I can send some and share some.....its on its way.

In Reiki we had to get attuned by a Reiki Master! We had to also learn a few symbols etc! But anyone can send healing just focus on the person and ask your higher self /call out to the Universe and send healing to them or who ever needs it!

Green's light works too! Blue, Pink, I wanna say White? I am not too familiar with colors but those are the main ones!

Just sending love helps as well!

so we just think of the person or invision them which is what i kinda do and send them healing.
what does being attuned mean? do they clear your energy?
do you know what colours are used for what,, or doesn't it really matter?

Simply send pink bubbles of energy around the person. If you don't know them or anything, you can simply ask spirit to send it to "Lisa's Uncle" and it will get where it needs to. It's like a prayer of sorts.

I will think of a pure pink bubble of healing energy. I see it like a big soap bubble and I surround the person in it. I then ask for healing energy to remain with the person until it is not needed any longer. I ask that it comes from the Universe and not from me (never send your OWN energy).

Thought is energy and the more positive and healing the thought the more positive and healing the energy.

I like to think I’m sending warm peach coloured thought energy to anyone who needs it.

For sick friends I often burn a peach coloured candle.
