Hello, i am really interested in astral projection, i have been trying for a while and been watching videos and reading instructions, but nothing is working for me, i dont know if i'm relaxing enough and I don't know how if I am not, people have asked for step by step guides, but theyre are like categories and aren't explaining how to do things like moving with your mind and not physically, a step-by-step guide would really do great, and I am a beginner as you can see, also, how long does it take to master ( like from the first day). I am 13.

Hi Luke. A step by step guide is what Mastering Astral Projection by Robert Bruce and Brian Mercer is, available in book form or CD form.
An alternative to that is the MAP schedule and the techniques involved are stickied in the the OBE Research & Discussions subforum, and of course we're here to answer specific questions you may have.
