Yes, TOTB, haarp may be the sneaky stepchild the of Tesla's black box, and it seems they arent admitting to it being a weapon so much as how it is beneficial to us.Yeah right!LOL!

Ive heard how it deflects enemy ICBM's and how it can heat the ionosphere to divert storms away, and have to wonder...was it active during the last two less than serious hurricane seasons?

It appeared to me the storms were just sent out to sea, but then we get the T.S. Beryl early this season, and it barreled straight into Jacksonville, albeit with some beneficial rains.

If you recall the Norwegian spiral, it was supposedly a demonstration of the Swedish Haarp, and was used to destroy a Russian missile as it was launched over Kamchatka.
What was the best part of that was the resulting spiral from the torsion field which was developed with the Haarp. very cool, and very dangerous all at once.

If Haarp uses any ELF, I wonder how they get the waves to propogate through the aether, and how they can actually aim it, or does it just run wild over a large area?

Haiti found out what can happen when an infrastructure is weak and unable to withstand an earthquake of even a low magnitude. Yet, did our fine science establishment make a faux pas of the ultimate kind with a misguided Haarp shot?

Apophis set me upon Mr Russell's works, and when I get a dull few hours, I have downloaded some of his work to read in quiet time. Youre the second person here on DC to point his work out, and I have read numerous works by many science based authors, but none of Walter's.

It seems he must have made an impression on you and many others.

Have a great night...well...day now, as it's 1:30 here in FLA!

To ALL Tesla aficionados,
Nikola Tesla did not invent Alternating Current but did invent Poly-phase Alternating Current and the transformers, inverters, transmitters associated with late 19th century and early 20th century electrical/electronic developments. He also discovered X-rays with his Flouro-scope a decade (at least) before Roentgen and cosmic rays more than a decade before Victor Hess at his Colorado Springs laboratory. He was post-humorously given the acknowledgement as discoverer of wireless technology in June 1943 by the American Supreme Court over Marconi.
He also discovered what we call Zero Point Energy extraction again at Colorado by the use of High Voltage Pulsed Direct Current which is used by John Bedini et al. He re-discovered the extraction of Earth energies like Nathan Stubblefield of Kentucky at his Wardenclyffe station which functions like the Great Pyramid of Cheops since both use subterranean tunnels to extract energy from following water. Graham Hancock found this out about 8 years ago.
Tesla also used ZPE to treat diseases in his 'violet globe' electro-medicine as R.R.Rife did at about the same time and Henry T.Moray several decades later. He condensed Maxwell's 20 quaternian algebraic equations to this Unified Field Law well before Einstein. E(Energy)= C(Capacitance)/R(Resonance)... IT WORKS TOO!!!
Finally, he concluded that this 3D world actually spins in a single cycle of 720 degrees. Bruce L.Cathie has written about this and so has David Wilcock. 1 cycle in this 'reality' spins 360 degrees in space/time and then 360 degrees in time/space like a Mobius Strip (my theory), hence it appears to be a double helix (caduceus) arrangement.
Tesla also utilized a high spin Tungsten vapor as a projectile in his particle beam weapon but that's another story.
I hope this has cleared up some misunderstandings

Several inventors have either made free energy machines, or been very close to this. But they have fallen into the same trap: They wanted to control the technology by getting patents, and perhaps keep important info secret.
When they thus take key positions, following the old creation style, it is easy to stop the projects by snuffing out those individuals.

The new creation style, for the new age, is crowdsourcing, like in Wikipedia.
Even if the main problems are solved by one person: When the info is spread among scattered people intent on creating this machine, the invention can't be stopped.
(Complex megaprojects like conventional fusion is too easy to block, even if many scientists know the solutions.)

From freedomr: The real tragedy of Schauberger is that he thought he was being brought over to the US so he could continue to
develop his Implosion Technology machines. This thread has been moved to General Discussions because the comments are not in relation to any Law of One thread topics, where the thread was started. Also, comments are welcome, but if your opinion is listed, please back up what you say with a reference, such as the comment above, say something like, "as written in Schauberger's biography by so-and-so". Individual opinions are fine, but in keeping with DW's insistence of backing up what we say with other validated information rather than starting rumor mills. I am not saying, freedomr, that you do this Just indicating that we need to back our statements up. I have long followed DW because this is what he takes time to do. This is part of the process and experience that makes each individual validate their own truths instead of being simple repeaters of what others say Thanks all of you for participating in this forum with patience, insight, and a genuine love for the other members, Chris

Is that website still up, freedomr?

Patrick Flanagan, a cutting edge scientist well-known in the world of science said in a recent interview that as a child he remembered being Nikola Tesla (and started doing electrical experiments as Patrick at age 8).
