Default Can Hair aid in Ascension?
hi divine cosmos,

in a blog article entitled: the truth about hair and why native/indians would keep their hair long which can be found at http://indianinthemachine.wordpress....heir-hair-lon/ the author who is a native american indian postulates that by not cutting our hair (this includes facial hair and any other hair on the body) we become more in tune with energy information of the source field code outside of our own body.

my question is ... "does not cutting our hair= higher pineal gland function & more ascension ready?" i'm not sure how correct this info may be in relation to our transition away from 3rd dimension into higher realms. i personally have not cut any hair in a few months and can not really say that there has been a "omg" difference. the only thing i've noticed is what i see when i look in the mirror.... lol i see a decent size beard where i had a clean cut face before and a good amount of hair on the head when i used to shave it bald before.

dave or anyone else here on the forum..... what are your thoughts on this? is it even a worthwhile pursuit for me or any one else to keep the hair growing and not cutting it, or is this really boil down to being a non issue when compared to other personal development of opening up our heart chakra. if this really makes no difference, i prefer the clean shaven look better as it aesthetically takes away my balding areas on my crown and makes doing business in this 3rd dimension world of duality much easier. {business types frown upon grizzly adam looking folks, lol}

i am appreciative for any input.

love & light,
nameste

[moderator: law of one does discuss hair as an antenna of sorts and there is an archived thread here you can reference- http://divinecosmos.com/forums/showt...t=hair+antenna ]

interesting subject!! as a girl i tend to be as hair free as possible although have always had longish hair on top.

this post did make me ponder the story of samson and delilah in the bible and the whole cutting his hair off reduced his strength. i know a lot of the stuff in the bible are supposed to be metaphors for other things and have lots of underlying meanings and have often been misinterpreted. also when you consider that so many stories in the bible are so very close in other books of this type!!

i wonder if there is a samson and delilah story also and if this might have some links with the whole not cutting hair thing!?

would defintiely be a very interesting disucssion, am away to check out that link first though lol

being another girl, well i have to say really. either way...i haven't noticed any difference how much hair i do or don't have on my body. where i have noticed a difference is the times when i am most confident, comfortable and content specially with my self. is when i have found my heightened senses and psi abilities etc to be at their strongest, and also when i use them on a more regular basis. i really think it's confidence and a positive loving but also balanced frame of mind that makes the true difference. and, avoiding as many artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives and other toxins.

if anything i see this only in a symbolic realm. dw has said he was guided to grow his hair to 4" or longer to improve his abilities. i'm not sure if this has scientific backing or not... but when we look at it symbolically, we can see that as longer fingernails mean you can scratch deeper, longer hair could mean you think deeper. maybe if there were light of evidence showing strands of hair acting like antenna of some sort, then we could postulate that it's picking up thought essences lingering in the cosmos.

interestingly, in the orthodox jewish traditions, as stated in the torah, men are not suppose to shave their peyos (side burns) or their facial hair....from a mystical perspective, peyos separate between the front part of the brain which is used for abstract thought that can be used for holiness, and the back part of the brain that governs the body.

you may be on to something.

giorgio tsoukalos has the most amazing hair ever lol

sorry its a bit off topic, sort of!

something i wonder in relation to hair does hair colour have any sort of significance when looking at where we came from!?

if man was created in gods (alien) image then what was that image, did we have different hair colours before that or was it all the same colour? also are there any colours that seem to be native to possible et's?

it is my beleif that the physical being in the superficial state has very little to nothing to do with vibration and assention and harvest. otherwise those of a sound vibration complexes of a " diabled " form wouldnt be able to be as evolved ? no absolutley not. i beleive it is most important to go beyond the human endevour of physical and superficial awarness.

alright, lets go fishing, i'll be the fish and u b the fishermen i'll take ur bait.

why should i feel bad for liking my hair? i was born with hair, maybe you were also.

as a native american, the article makes sense to me, i highly doubt though, anyone is disabled for not having hair and being intuitive.

and no one should be wrong for loving their hair :d i really don't know giorgio tsoukalos because i believe he was on ancient aliens and i never watch tv so i don't know some people but apparently he has awesome hair also. and your not calling him a wheelchair.

why do i personally believe this article because i used to go camping, and we had bears attack our campsite, and i was the only one who woke up and heard the bears. everyone else sleept through our foodpacks being attacked. i also was the only one that would chase the bear away.

there are many buddha statues without any hair. maybe a person needs to be no hair to have a different enlightenment.

peace out.

from the research that i've done personally, it seems we carry the dna and genetic coding from somewhere around 22 different off worlders (alien) types? i don't want to use the term species here, because like us they're all human, at least the ones that have contributed to our genetics and dna anyway. beyond that, the natives (native americans for example) are supposed to / believed to be the most closest genetically and have the highest concentration of off worlder genetics. other than that, the tribe of dan from the middle east would be the other "group" or family line that carries the highest concentration of off worlder dna/genetics. they originated in the middle east, traveled through france, spain, scotland, ireland, then onto america and i forget from there where else exactly.

not to sure myself, but remember looking up a similar thread on david icke forum, here the link. the jist is that hair helps connect with the environment.

[please pm for link]

makes sense to me, like someone said before budha and tibent monks are bald as a football hooligan, but they lives years in cave looking for inner knowing. whilst more tibal and old stlye pagan culture have more emphasis on mother nature.

speaking from personal experience, i can say that growing my hair out to longer than a foot and then shaving my head practically bald produced some intersting changes on a spiritual level. in fact, i experienced a dramatic decrease in my capability to be psychic or clairvoyant. but this was also an intentional change, not exclusively driven by the simple loss of physical hair.

i need to echo jon's sentiment that it certainly improves awareness of environment and directs energy in a more outward fashion. i've been able to negotiate on a much more effective level the energies of my own body and especially of my lower chakras since getting a haircut, without worrying about picking up any thoughts or energies that seem to come from "way out there". i will also say that i believe the conductivity and increased receptivity of energy that can be associated with having long hair is more a consequence of the geometry of the hair rather than its physical composition. if you look at any number of traditions, there are various ceremonial hats that have been worn to confer status or to signify ceremonial operation - and i feel that the donning of headgear also has this conductive sensation enhancing effect.

one more thought to add to the discussion: why do rastafarians and indian sadhus grow dreadlocks and acknowledge it as their link to god? it's certainly tradition for most people, but i wonder if the spiraling, tangled formation and thickening of the locks of hair has some sort of amplification effect on the amount of energy that can be conducted.

a bundling or dread-locking of the hair could represent a grouping of individual thoughts, thus making them all the more unified and possibly amplified. this could also suggest curtain braids hair or particular styles may be similarly effective.

i can see why people would feel this way. i honestly think i would go along with thinking this but being honest i enjoy having a shaved head. now if i had very light thin hair (not that mine is thick but would like something like the elven people of fantasy stories) i might think differently but it seems to make me feel as if i am always wearing a coat. i know that this wouldn't resonate for some with hair because they probably feel naked or "lost" without it. but i feel much more free and focused without hair and think it works for my personality. it may have significance scientifically but i think if you vibe with it short great, if you vibe with it buzzed or bald great if you love it long than awesome!

also there are monks and military so who have baldilocks which can be seen as very different types of people, i don't like it though when people hide themselves through their hair just like i don't like it when people hide themselves through clothing that doesn't fit their real personality.

my hair is really long, i sometimes wonder that it may be too long, a bit of a drag, wifi etc. is also a bit of a problem. i also wonder about earings, i want to get my ears pierced but dont want to damage the meridians/pressure points. i have a pair of cheap metal earings, they are shiney and pretty but actually hurt my ears when i hold them up to them. there is a famous medium on telly who wears a big diamond earing, sounds good but i have heard that too much high frequency without grounding can fry the system. i think that may be why i cant do too much coffee these days, my pulse gets tired from catching up with the caffeine pulse...i have also heard nylon tights are a no-no because they are not condusive to natural energy, maybe thats why i feel more chilled in brown clothes.
