hello everybody,

i just discovered on the web a man named dr leonard horowitz who claims that some
audio frequencies can have a very powerful and beneficial effect on mind, body and spirit. i'm a musician and i'm very aware of the power of sound and i want to know more about this. i didn't yet has the time to investigate these solfeggio frequencies.
does somebody knows about this, or has david talked on that topic ?
i'm excited with all that can heal and help us to access or next step of evolution.

i've listened to some of these frequencies and it is a powerful experience, all my body seems to vibrate, i feel a strong buzzing, very cool !

i've read a book of a really great spiritual master (michael aivanhov) who says that chanting in a certain way help to open and balance all the chakras.

and sometimes when i'm stressed or tense, i start to sing a song and all the anxiety
disappear and i feel an opening in me.

also i remember listening to a cd of toning (by paul lowe) and it was very powerful.
now i do toning myself and i feel it has a beneficial effect on me, particularly on my throat chakra.

i stumble across this website that let you transform your music to so-called ra frequency. i tried with a couple of own classical pieces, it does remove the piercing sound from the recording, i wonder if this is only because of a lowering of pitches, or is there any truth to the ra music. you opinion?

obe/astral travel! but i never actually went... it is a bit scary how fast it takes you there... so i always keep jumping back into my body, but the first few times when i listened to it the obe feelings were instant! after a while it sort of grows on you... the best thing about this is that you can stop thinking rather fast! just concentrate on trying to balance out the frequencies in your brain and weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... and off you go!
once i fight off the obe feelings, it just makes me fall asleep, which is wonderful because then i have some sort of lucid dream!

i am not familiar with the music you mentioned, but if it is different frequencies for different ears, then it should work approximately the same...
