i believe i have experienced what you describe when looking at the sky.

to me it seemed analogous to thousands of tiny little 'energy worms' wriggling around in my vision. they were 'white', yet not pure white like just a colour, they were shimmering too as they moved. is this what you mean?

i didn't expect that amount of feedback that i have received on this subject, thank you all!

i am at work at the moment so ill just write a small reply to clarify my experience at least.

what i see is tiny little "light" dots, as if i was looking at loads of little tiny stars swirling about.

i had a look at some background on the sylphs and it sounds quite pleasent and exciting, although from what i can tell, at least for me, it appears to be closer to prana sparkles.

all i know is that they make me feel very peaceful and relaxed. ill have to do some more research later.

thanks again. )

Default Hundreds of Tiny Lights in the Sky
a couple years back i was laying down in the middle of a park on the grass just watching the sky on a normal peaceful sunny day. as i drifted off into a very relaxed state, i began to see a very strange phenomenon. as i peered towards the sky, i began to notice hundres of little tiny itsy bitsy lights swirling around, moving in all directions, almost impossible to track their movement. i could only describe their movement as tiny little fairies, darting around, never stopping.

obviously i don't think they are fairies, but to be honest i really can't explain what it is, from that point on i can see them everytime i look at the sky. the odd thing is i can't mimic the effect in any other condition, i tried looking at different colored objects, pictures of skys, just about anything you can imagine and i can never see them. i have been trying to catch the effect in any way possible hoping to narrow it down to something thats only occuring in my eyes, but so far the sky is the only thing that has been able to reproduce the effect time and time again.

imagine for a moment that i am gazing at the sky, and just below the sky is a building for example. if i slowly move my focus from the sky to the building, they dissapear. if i watch the sky and monitor the movement of the lights just above the horizon of the top of the building, they dissapear when they move "over/under" the image of the building.

another thing to note is that i can see them anytime during the day(not during the night, at least i dont think i have tried). anyways, i took another step and got onto a bus. i let my eyes drift as i watched the sky while moving down the road on this bus. what i noticed is that the lights move "with" my perception. meaning that they dont drag or move as if i am passing by them on the road, if there was a noticeable drag or drift to make them appear as if i was passing by them, then obviously the distance of the lights from myself would be quite small, probably a couple of feet. however this wasnt the case.

this leaves me with two possibilities, one of which is that its some odd phenomenon occuring within my eyes themself, or the distance of the lights are so far away that my movement on the bus made no difference to their position in the sky.

i have had several people try and see these lights but so far i havnt had anyone do it yet.

please have a go and tell me if you can see them yourself, or if anyone knows what it is let me know, i am quite curious.

hi jeremy,

what you are describing are sylphs - they are the 'elementals' of the air (the others are the undines of the water, the gnomes of the earth and the salamanders of the fire).

it seemed incredible to me the first time i saw them - many years ago now - at the time i was studying a lot of esoteric literature and meditating regularly - and was developing some clairvoyance and beginning to see auras etc. i say incredible because my physical vision is very poor so when i could see these 'tiny creatures' i was so happy because it felt like a gift to me that no-one else i knew at the time had experienced (like you i have asked others if they can see the sylphs but no-one ever can...).

consequently i feel that they are special spiritual 'friends' and i 'work' with them in 'clearing the air' (i have heard that they are assisting other lightworkers to clear 'chem-trails') - but i think we are clearing the etheric air - i don't know how it works but that's what i feel is happening...

they also send me breezes to help dry my washing - this is the first time i have told anyone this, it seems a bit mundane from a spiritual point of view, but if i ask for a breeze when there is none - one will come - it will blow my clothesline around but the trees will stay still...pretty cool huh?

there must be many lightworkers who are also working with them and the other elemental beings...maybe you will too? maybe you have reached some sort of new level in your 'psychic awareness'?

whatever - just enjoy the sylphs - 'talk to them' and you may find they will respond to your love and attention...they are so beautiful and loving to me.

please let me know what happens!

with love,

kathy

i believe i have noticed something like you describe at some point in the past. i recall standing outside midday and using the eve of my house to block the sun. as i stared at the blue sky (partly cloudy day) i noticed a large number of tiny, swirling white dots (for lack of a better term). i don't remember thinking too much about it at the time -- couldn't really speculate on whether it was an effect locally with my eyes or what. i haven't noticed it lately, but since you bring it up, maybe i will try looking for this again this weekend.

just for the record, we are not talking about floaters wich are in our eyes. these floaters are usualy dark shadowy dots, clumps or lines. no these light beings are definitely living enteties. myself i have a strong feeling about them, i feel relieved anytime i take two seconds to concentrate and perceive them, i could then stare at them for hours. sometimes i feel comfortable just taking a glimps at them just to make sure. to me they look like tiny little lights snaking around, appearing and dissappearing, very hard to keep track of ones movement or to focus on a single individual.

i too feel they are very special , hard to explain .......................sylvain.................

it could be an internal effect within the eye you were seeing...but the interesting thing is that sometimes you see it, othertimes you don't.
but i wouldn't discredit your experience. the state of mind that arises during the experience is what really matters, for what is really internal or external?

i first noticed those lights about three years ago, i also felt they were very special for some reason.....they did give a feeling of peace, and it also felt like they "revealed" themselves, as if they had allways been there, but not shown themselves until that point, and that was just at the right time it felt also.

hi again,

something else i forgot to tell you before about the sylphs - they not only send me breezes but they also protect me from any sort of violent winds - it's like being in the eye of the storm....just wondering if this may account for how people are protected in tornados etc when every house around them is destroyed and theirs is not? anyway, i don't know for sure about that - i only think of them as caring 'beings' - part of the unseen realms who are here to help us (of course they are part of us in the one infinite creation so it is us helping ourselves!)

also, they are not 'imaginary' though unseen to many - i see them with my physical sight not in my mind - but it is like a switch in my vision that allows me to see them - it is hard to explain but maybe it is a 'relaxed' state as jeremy described when you first see them and after that you know 'how' to find them again?

i cannot now find any of the books i was reading at the time which mentioned them, but there is sure to be information about them on the net if you are interested...

is there anyone out there who see the other elementals i wonder?

with love,
kathy

ive seen these since i was very young, so has all my family. i understand them to be prana, chi or the life-force energy. i had heard that only those with an open third eye can see them, but i havent found anyone who cant as yet amongst my friends (and i dont believe i have my third eye open so am not so sure about that claim being correct). they seem to be greater in number and more vigorous at high altitude - very noticeable from an aeroplane window incidently, try it next time - and around living objects such as trees, fewer and less active around buildings and man-made objects. they are much easier to see against a blue sky on a sunny day, or in generally bright conditions. they are visable to all in my experience as soon as you tell people to de-focus slightly and to take thier time. when you see them once, you know how to focus and they therefore become easy to see under the right conditions (a bit like those magic eye pictures) look up prana sparkles in google!

jblouir,

i think i posted this earlier this year.

google "scheerer's phenomenon". you can also checkout this wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/blue_fi...tic_phenomenon

personally i've seen them prior to this year. but i really paid attention to it/them this year. i'd like to think there's more to it than the technical description on the wikipedia page. i have seen them against blue skies, partly cloudy and even fully clouded days. but only during the daytime or up til around sunset.

if the technical description on wikipedia is the case then i would think that given a bright enough background image to view, they should be reproducible indoors. i've meant to try spending some time indoors trying to replicate them but i just haven't spent any time doing so.

i have yet to read or talk to anyone that has seen them anyplace except in
the sky.

hope i didn't burst anyone's bubble.

peace,
john

divine energy

have you seen little floaters?
that drift in the skies
they can be quite deceiving
they exist on your eyes
they're black in the centers
surrounded in white
just a scratch on the lenses
protecting the eye
i have noticed a new kind
that dance and move free
could it be that this matter
is divine energy?
purple in color
neon and white
translucent in daytime
only seen in daylight
maybe energy given off
throughout the night
charged up by the moon
then dispersed through the light
to the trees and all nature
to all living things
do we play the top role?
because were human beings
is it just an illusion?
or just and divine
do they have an influence
on the sub-conscious mind?
why are they here?
what are they for?
to create a distraction
or to show us a door
to a whole other realm
a place made of love
for only the children
living lives pure as doves
look within yourselves
maybe ponder all this
these kingdoms amazing
are you living its bliss

a force in disguise

i have come to believe
that a force in disguise
has an influence great
on the mind and its eyes
observing evolution
as we live life and learn
how to live in the light
it's a right we must earn
existence is a puzzle
an unspoken test
of our will to live righteous
our desire to live blessed
to believe there's no evil
is to believe there's no light
to believe there is nothing
is unjust and not right
this world that we live in
is hard to conceive
if you put in the work
it's the truth you'll receive
that a power exists here
a power divine
a power that works
through the subconscious mind
messages relayed on
a subliminal level
most times distorted
by the works of the devil
yet that's part of the battle
in my mind there's no doubt
that our job here as humans
is to figure this out.

ascension

in the month of december,
on the twenty first day,
of the year twenty twelve,
we begin a new way,
a new way of thinking,
a new way of life,
with the shift of perception,
there shall be no more strife,
to obtain divine conscious,
let go of all fear,
try to balance your virtues,
to a point that is clear,
if you visualize beauty,
love, truth and respect,
in your life you will find peace,
via law of effect,
do not dwell on the past,
do not worry about ego,
do not ask yourself questions,
like after death where do we go,
just let life take its course,
as it comes, go along,
everything happens for a reason,
be it right, be it wrong!

well i like the description on wikipedia, prana lights may be giving us a glimpse of the inner world in action. what i noticed is that these lights are definitely independant, seem to have a life of their own yet also seem to be part of a greater whole i.e. our body. since i was a child i've always imagined that every cell in our body has a "life of their own" and that a positive overall vibration would result in a more healthy and joyfull life. if we stop and think about all the work, cooperation and communication our cells perform each day...i find it wonderfull that we can take a moment during the day to look at the lights, feel the connection and have a chance to express gratitude....sylvain....

ahhh... i remember how magical it was the first time i saw them. i was a bit younger then (probably 15 or 16) and i was sitting on my front porch in tucson, arizona. there was a massive storm coming in over the mountains from the east and i always make a habit of sitting outside when a storm is coming in. the electricity in the air is very envigorating for me. recharges my betteries in a sense... but i digress. i was sitting on the patio watching the clouds come in and i noticed 2 or 3 of them. tiny.. almost see through but definately having color to them... then a few more appeared... then even more. i sat watching thier intricate spiraling dance mesmerized by what i was seeing. eventually there were hundreds of them.

i assumed it was maybe electricity in the air or something, but as the monsoons passed they remained. i had spoken with a contract of mine and she explained that it was my "prana" or spiritual energy. that had been my belief for a long time. just recently i was driving down the road at about 80mph and i though for the first time "i wonder if they are moving with me or not?" (i usually have to concentrate upon them before they become visible so i never really tried while driving...) and i noticed that rate of travel does not affect their locations.

what i mean by that is i was going 80mph.. and they were still dancing in their little spiral patterns out the window, they weren't "flying by" as i drove down the road.

i had never heard the idea that they are elementals or sylphs but if thats the case they certainly dont depend on air to be present, as the air was barreling past me as i drove down the road.

its always nice to know your not alone when seeing something :d

continue spiraling ever upwards,
austin

i may or may not be seeing sylphs or prana. however, my experience is quite different so i am not sure.

i have, on numerous occasions seen what i would describe as tiny, very fast and sporatic wiggles of light. though i have never been able to focus on them, the minute i try to do so they vanish, i can always see them out of the corner of my eye, and they always appear very very close to my face. still, it is as if they appear just outside my line of vision and vanish once i notice. i have never seen a large "swarm" , if you will, in front of me.

i do fly often though, maybe now that i am aware of what i have seen, i will be able to appreciate the experience, and respond more appropriately. thank you for sharing.

love,love, love.

oh i've been seeing these things since i was 14 or so. (32 now)
being very interested in what exactly they might be, i spent a lot of time observing them and i guess that helped - i now see them a lot more often and in greater detail.

from my own experience:

1. they are not visible only against a bright sky. i even see them in my appartment, day or night, and about everywhere i go.

2. they do not have a "3d" nature, they're more like in a different reality or dimension if you will. so i guess there's some truth about the third eye there, maybe.

3. at close inspection, they are pulsating, at very high rates (well at least for my perception) between a "dark" and a "bright" state. my guess is that they can choose to balance the amount of "darkness" or "brightness" at their own will (yes, i can also see "dark" ones, at times).

4. they come in different densities and sizes. and also they come with different amounts of "energy" so to speak. it often happens that these things appear to me out of the blue and just freak me out.

what i've also learned from observing them is that they do seem to have some sort of influence on us, even though not everybody sees them. some are "benevolent" as some like to say, others come with a "darker" feel to them and indeed they do bring up some discomfort. but what's the most surprising fact about them is that you can actually communicate with them, and also alter their "state" !

as to why and how i have no idea. i am sure though that they're "out of this world"
oh and i am obviously not so sure they are white blood cells

i'm glad i've found this thread, thank you all for your contributions

i was so excited to read this thread, as i first began seeing these things when i was 18 (38 now). i've always called them "the bubbles," and an increasing number of people seem to be aware of them now, but initially it was difficult to find anyone who knew what the heck i was talking about.

it's like once you know they're there, you can tune into them at will. and it really is like "tuning in." i like the observations you've made about them, felix. i've seen the dark ones, too. they don't appear to be dark as in "bad or negative," just dark. maybe it's like blood in our circulatory system-- changing depending upon what it's "full of" at any given time.

they definitely pulse, and they seem more active (or easier to see) at twilight and dawn. they especially hover around trees and plants. once i shift my sight to see them, it seems as though the entire air and everything surrounding me seems to begin pulsing, too, underscoring the fact for me that everything is just energy.

for some silly reason, it's never occurred to me to try to communicate with them; i think i need to do that as soon as possible.
