michio goes on a journey to places where time becomes very strange. inside atoms, time blurs to such an extent that something can be in two places at once. within extreme places in space, like black holes, time is squeezed to such an extent that, to an observer, it seems to stand still. time is more variable that it could ever have been thought possible. it can even, theoretically, move backwards. this leads to one of the most extraordinary possibilities - a time machine. this episode shows a graphical representation of what it might look like: the size of a planet and consuming unimaginable amounts of energy but still a possibility

they are on the right track. astrophysics now equal to shamanism. they are basically proving the concepts of shamanism here.

"michio kaku, leading physicist, reveals the startling and indeed frightening future of the internet: how it will become the equivalent of the 'magic mirror' of fairytale fame, even able to find your perfect match. although he admits to lisa dwan that computers will never have the ability of intuition, they will be able to 'read minds' in the future. he also speaks on parallel universes, nuclear weapons, the loss of the north pole, and god."

i do not understand time to be variable. this understanding may be limited by this bipedal ape brain/veil though.

i understand that in space/time, the rationalization, that since time is linear, and that we (in the illusion) view it flowing in only one direction, if we could view it in a different way, it might be perceived to be moving the other direction. since time is only an illusion, and there is only truly a present (singular point based), this is not a logical argument.

in time/space, time has dimension, space is singular point based, thus we can move around in the "dimensions" of time.

therefore time does not change, or is variable. we are. a time machine? we already have it in the future. :d

onto the two part interview...
it may be wrong of me, but is this choice of person to interview him poor?.... first she mixes up star wars with star trek, simply unforgivable in the sci-fi world lol! and then she asked "how long until we are able to understand these things?", i thought, honey, you won't in your lifetime... she looks at him like he is christopher lloyd in the movie back to the future.... then, when she asks him if he believes there really are aliens out there, and he said "oh yeah, i think they're out there", she swallowed and deepened her frown. this indicates that she disagrees with him and does not believe in aliens. from his side, why does he call the advancement of mankind a "galactic federation", and not a "confederation"? he sounds swayed by sts elite to me. stating that we are probably the most advanced civilization around, that there are two gods... he is off the wall with disinformation.

oh, and lighteye... i thank you for your continuing additions. they are interesting, insightful, meaningful, and wonderful. the community is lucky to have you!

anybody catch the conan show this week and the guest michio kaku, theoretical physicist?

i think this was episode 20 he came on just after sarah silverman.
i could not find a link to this episode but he spoke of wormholes, blackholes and stargates! he also spoke of a looking glass of time travel.

this reminded me of the information david has been revealing!

this stuff is hitting prime time!!!

techaddict2009

i did find the following links of his general discussions but not the episode on conan....

wow!

now that could explain a lot of things, especially considering that the size of such device could make it become recognized as another planet that made a sudden unexpected appearance...

fantastic, many thanks for this material.
