I had a weird experience last night. i had a home made cappucino and i never drink that stuff and when i went to bed and gees i just felt all this energy around me. I think it was my guides because the energy just felt so crazy, I don't know how to describe it but it was full on. i said to my guides"leave, i want you all to leave and i only want to talk through symbols in my mind. i closed my eyes and a female face was there and she was in a blue light and she nodded and said yes. so i'm thinking it was guides cos the energy was so alive. i wouldnt think a human that's passed would have such crazy energy would they? hmm just pondering

ok.. I get it's a new energy that your experiencing... something you have never experienced before... and i don't feel that, the woman you saw was a guide...

I feel she was letting you know she is around you... you said you don't normally make yourself a cappuccino.. i feel it was her doing...

Just over the next few days write down all the weird and unusual things, no matter how little or big... and meditate to draw her in, to see who she is... maybe she has a message for you, or needs you...

I'm picking up to do one of Laura's meditation's, the one with the door and key lol...

I've felt that same energy type before. it's a really high buzzing type energy and thats why i thought guides. which is where i raise my question. do the deseased have a really high buzzing energy when they contact mediums or could you compare they're energy to just standing next to a human? if that makes sense? lol.

Do you think maybe you are more sensitive to caffeine now? There has been many suggestions for us to clean up dietary choices with how the energy around us is changing.

Do you think maybe you are more sensitive to caffeine now? There has been many suggestions for us to clean up dietary choices with how the energy around us is changing.

that makes sense cos I am too sensitive to drinks like coffee, guarana. mind you I drink a bucket load of diet coke and I'm fine. I guess coffee is a lot stronger. Haha yea I'm fine now, it was just when I winded down that I felt it.ta w.s.
