Hi Laura! Thanks for your reply. I felt less scared now. Because my mom has previously had a few encounters, it's natural that I become paranoid.

Default Weird experience last night
Yesterday when I shut my eyes, I saw tiny bright sparkles randomly moving around my eyes. I felt really weird and it's hard to explain. I felt like something was trying to connect with me, I got freaked out as I'm not ready for it. For a moment, my ear was hearing some fuzzy sounds( I don't know how to describe this but its the kind of sounds u hear when u change the frequency of your radio). I think I've also heard some movements.

I am a little scared right now but I know I shouldn't be. What was it?

It doesn't necessarily mean these are spirits. Kumiko. I get this when I have an ear infection or sinus problems as well. When the weather turns cold there are many viruses floating around. Before you let your fear control you, you really need to understand that not everything is paranormal.

Why are you so frightened of spirits and such? What made you terrified? The doll? Something else? You have to work through your fear by rationalizing it.

Did the doll hurt me? Did it touch me? Was I in danger? Since you are sitting right here right now, I would say that nothing harmed you. Therefore your fear is simply fear of the unknown. Read more about spirits from people who are not here to entertain you. People like Lisa Williams "Survival of the Soul", or books by Alison Dubois, John Edward, James VanPraagh "Unfinished Business". These people are mediums and rather famous ones. Read there books and learn to understand the world of spirit from a positive viewpoint instead of all the scary movies and fake reality shows that are out today.

I've had this happen to me recently, I thought it was due to severe lightheadedness. I felt really faint.
