Default Thing in my eye
I had this unprovoked experience today:

A bright light with sparkles appeared in my right eye's vision. I thought I looked into a light bulb at first. It was only one eye.

This light got bigger. It looked like the clearest, brightest most sparkling prismatic crystal. Bright colored lights danced around it's edges and it was like fluid moving.

I could see through it when my eyes were open but it blocked my vision a bit. This lasted around 20 minutes.

I asked and it was what my mother used to see in her right eye occasionally. It said it wasn't any malfunction of the eye or nervous system. It was spiritual in nature.

Thoughts, anyone?

I've had it before, and it is physical. It's caused by eye strain on the computer. I used to get it quite often, especially when I worked on my computer at night.

I finally started to turn lights on in the darkened room instead of just the PC monitor, which stopped it. (Yes I had it in the day as well as the night)

Not everything is spiritual hon.

Okie.
When she would have it, I'd tell her she must have had a blood vessel burst or something. Then it happened to me, so I asked. Don't I feel silly now!

Colored mists that are free standing= possibly spiritual.
Optic light thingie= eyeball function, right?

I've had similar experiences prior to a migraine. Sometimes the migrain even comes the next day!

I would advice going for an eye test just to be safe, as I'm having issues with my eyes.
