Hi my name is Amanda. Well I used to have experiences when I was younger with having dreams that would turn into reality and seeing my uncle who had passed away. Well just two nights ago my daughter was talking to someone or something that I could not see or hear. I went in her room to see what was going on and everything felt okay but I felt someone was in there. About ten minutes later I felt a tingle starting at my hand and went up my arm. I closed my eyes and saw a flash but it was too quick to see what it was. Then I heard my friend who had recently passed talking directly to me. She told me to give her little brother a message. When I told him he was in shock because the things I told him I could not have possible have known. Was this a psychic experience or a ghostly one? Does anyone have any answers for me?

You were chosen to pass on the message because you were close to the family. It is a form of mediumship. If you need to label it then yes, that is what it is.

It does not necessarily mean you will become a medium. Many people get information from close family and friends in the way of spirit communication. Your friend's brother is still grieving her and she couldn't make contact with him so she chose you.

I agree with PM and I personally think some people are messengers but not mediums. Perhaps you were chosen as a messenger at that time for a reason. Only my opinion and I may very well be incorrect, but take the positive from it. You did receive a message which is pretty awesome.

Thank you so much for you opinion. I will continue to meditate and listen though to see if anyone is trying to communicate. I will post any other experiences I may have.
