Hi everyone. Im recently new here and this will be my first posting too.

I want to keep this short, so as to keep to the point.
My life has been at a stand still for the past 2yrs career wise and I feel Im not getting anywhere. Nearly a year and a half ago I think i met my twinflame. Since then I have been going threw a massive spiritual awakening on all levels. I now Know that I was pyschic and mediumistic before but was not aware of it.

Ive come to the conclusion that Ive been stuck becoz im meant to help people with my gifts, I guess this maybe my path. Thats fine by me as I feel quite excited about it now and am seeking ways and avenues to develop it.

My issue is, I am feeling spirits constantly nearly every day and most of the time I dont Know who they are. They dont belong to my loved ones, friends or partners. And my spirit guides talk to me and show me signs, so i know its not them.
The thing is, it can happen anytime. when I walk in to certain shops, when im alone watching telly,when im about to go to bed,when im talking to someone and i need to concentrate, when Im with people. Just anytime, randomly!
When this happens too me it takes over my body. I get a heavy head, feel sick, my whole body doesnt feel like mine. when i look at my hands,its like its not mine and its detached. I feel like my eyes are someone elses like im looking threw some one else. Depending on who it maybe, I could feel tall,short,walk differently, have different mannerisims, It feels like its not my face anymore. The tone of my voice changes and the way I talk.

The first time it happened, it was my partners mother who died 30yrs ago, that came threw to deliver a messege. I was fully aware of what was going on and could remmber but It wasn't me, i was the mum and acted like the mum, talked like the mum,gave her a loving cuddle like her mothers touch she felt when she was alive. My whole me was gone! I remmber feeling very cold,sick,dizzy,tight chesty, heavy head, body tingling,prior to be taken over.
my partner said when it happened , my facial expressions changed. shes very spiritualy gifted but even she said she felt scared.

What is happrning to me. Is this trance? I thought trance is when ur not aware of whats happening. Ive been told it is trance. I've tried different ways to shut my self down and it don't always work. I feel I have Know control over this gift. sometimes the spiirt dosnt go the whole way of entering but sometimes it does but either way it makes me feel ill.

Ive orderd some sage sticks now and I am looking for a development circle in the daytime Or with child care in the evening if anyone knows of one pls. Im in the london.
I,ll would really appreciate any advice,books,groups please...

Yes, that is trance. First don't be afraid and you can learn to control it.

First try this:

We have the ability & right to quiz any spirit/energy attempting to make contact w/ us (even in our sleep state) if they are:

OF the light, are IN the light, & are working for the Best Highest Purpose of the Universe or source/god/prime creator.

If they aren't we can tell them to scram & not come back. They have to obey. ALL positive entities will be delighted you are energetically savvy & won't mind being quizzed about this at all. We ALL have the ability to order any unwanted energies to scram.

Don’t let this negative energy pollute or intrude on your personal energy field. Be proactive & deliberately edit what energies you allow to contact you. We don't have to put up w/ stalled 4D jokers wasting our time.

The lowest level of 4D is inhabited by stalled troubled entities that are stalled because they refuse to move on. These entities have nothing to offer us. They are of very low frequency. Take a minute to savor the vibes of the most troubled players on planet earth. Yucko. Don’t stay there too long!! These stalled lower 4D entities can be just as troubled as when they were on earth. As they have not chosen to resolve themselves in a higher D & avail themselves of abundant assistance that is continually available, they may actually be more troubled than when they were as earthly malcontents.

This same vetting can also be used to protect all energy gifts & keep invitations for First Contact to ETs*from being misused.

Carroll states, “FOURTH DIMENSIONAL SUB-PLANES

The 4D realities overlap w/ the lowest levels being present on earth at a higher vibration than 3D. The lower astral plane is filled w/ the negativities of fear, anger, sorrow, guilt & pain. This is the etheric realm that our old religion texts call hell. The lowest subplane of 4D is NOT evil in & of itself, but it resonates & reflects the negativity of those in it. As we release our fears the vibration of the lower 4D rises. The uppermost subplane of 4D is our HS.

The lowest 4D subplanes are a holding place for those not sufficiently resolved to proceed onwards & are stalled. The inhabitants of the lower 4D see the earth as we do, but have the advantage of familiarity w/ the astral realms & nonphysical world. They have an increased ability to reach us even though they are NOT more spiritually evolved just because they are now in spirit form. Many who are on earth who have made an effort to raise their awareness are MUCH more advanced than these stalled jokers.

In this lower 4D subplane these bored troubled souls have nothing but time on their hands (eternity) & are delighted to scare for others if they allow them access. They seek to derail LWs as they want other low-frequency playmates to share their boring stalled existence. They aren't powerful & only gain power when we are scared of them & don't know we can tell them to scram.

Channeled messages generating FEAR & DOUBT have a VERY high likelihood of being from these stalled 4D jokers. With channeling, opening up your self up to these entities w/o using proactive vetting to determine whether the channel is from the light or the higher 4D or higher dimensions, is to eagerly invite the energy of these troubled players into the sanctity of your sacred energy field. If you are a channel, don’t give these 4D jokers an opportunity, a voice & your credibility as well as the opportunity to discredit the entity they are impersonating.

Channelers can easily protect themselves but DO NOT assume protection automatically occurs just because you’ve opened up to the higher dimensions & can receive a message. Experienced channels NEVER make themselves available to be used by these lower 4D entities for negative messages. To protect their personal energy field & the integrity of their message, all channelers can routinely vet all contacts when channeling. Remember YOU hold the power, not spirit. You can send them away at any time. We have tons of information here on the site to help guide you. Be careful of development circles, typically they have ego based teachers who may try to tell you you're just crazy.

You should also work on grounding and protecting. Both of those I have here on the site, simply type it in search or, you can listen to my walk throughs in my link below (grounding and white light).

I grew up having that ability, it isn't fun and can be rather annoying. Took me years to get a handle on it, but you will.

its weird becoz i came across your podcast just before i read the messege you sent to me and I saved the link. you were repling to someone elses post.

I wouldnt dear talk to the average person about this coz they will think Im mad. I have been told its just chanelling but ive always felt it is a little more than that.
Im still feeling my way around this site so i didnt know i could just type in myany enquie in search.
