Yesterday afternoon while I was just relaxing in my lounge room which over looks this beautiful native tree called bottle brush. The flowers are red and hangs like bottle brushes which the parrots like to feed on. Anyway there were two beautiful green parrots feeding and a pair of white butter flies flying and later a single one. The butter flies were coming and going while I had this pain in the Third eye and crown areas with also a heated body that I felt like I am going to explore. It took some time to go away. While I am writing you this message this morning, I am feeling the pain again on the crown. I know I have to raise my energy level to hear or see the energy but I am not good at it. Maybe in time it will come but I also know that my guide and angles are wanting to contact me. The only way I am getting the messages is through dreams and my Angle cards. Meditation is not much of a success as I think I am still blocked and it is also impossible to quiten my mind.

Hi Maye, It's possible that you are being blocked by some entities that don't have your best interests at heart. I used to get pain in those areas you mentioned until I started using impenetratable spiritual shielding. Visualize a pure white light around yourself and mentally direct it to allow no entities or energies in unless you permit it. It worked for me, so it's maybe worth a shot. Take care, Sal
