Things are moving very fast for me right now spiritually, from what I understand the body vibrations I have been getting are actually precursors to an OBE. Another one happened to me the night before last with an amazing experience.

Journal August 21/2011
I went to bed with an intention to meditate as usual, I shielded and asked Arch angel Micheal to protect me and surround me with divine light and only let in that which would benefit me. I attempted to meditate tonight but found the night was way to hot and humid. I slept fitfully for awhile, around 2AM I felt the beginning of body vibrations again. I adjusted my position in bed to get more comfortable and entered into a meditation.

I felt the vibrations come, this time was a bit different, at the beginning of the vibrations I could see a bright Golden energy as I focused my attention on the color I started to see faces in the color. It looked like they were pressing against the energy but were being repelled. Some were very defined in appearance and I could see the effort on the the facial features as they pressed against the energy. I never felt fear as I knew I was safe and when I acknowledged this I was suddenly ice Fishing.

The lake had black water and I had a huge fish on and was having problems getting it into the hole in the ice. As I tried to land the fish I noticed there was no hole in the ice and I started to move looking for the hole.

As I moved I noticed the ice was starting to melt and get thin. I did not let go of the fish and I had to lay down to spread my weight out to not break the ice.

The vibrations increased at this point and the ice broke, I went through and thought oh well its a dream and I will not drown. As I went under water the water changed to a brilliant white even the bubbles were white.

I felt no fear through this process and as I came out of the water I became aware of a presence. A person was in front of me, the skin appeared to be a greenish blue, blue eyes and a tear drop red ruby was on the forehead. There was a feeling of complete calmness, I could feel the power and knowledge emminate from the person.
I felt humbled and dropped to my knees saying " Master will you teach me?" I received a reply of "Yes I Will"

I was suddenly at a house where a child was watching me, I was attempting to open myself to earth energy as I was shown before in a dream. The child asked me what I was doing and I told him what I was doing. I opened to the energy and it started to flow around me, lifting me into the air and I started to spin head over heals.

The vision I recieved a few days ago of the person standing over water collecting energy around the heart chakra poped into my head. I positioned my hands as I seen him do and I started to slow down spinning and stopped upright. A golden ball of energy had started to build on my hand. The child at this point ran off to get his mother.

The child's mother who appeared to look like the Master who agreed to teach me was watching me do this and was overjoyed at the sight of the golden ball of energy.
The though came to me that she was interested in the power in the ball of energy and not how it was created. I found this surprising as and thought she was more interested on the power than in using it to help others. I released the energy ball into the world to go where every it was needed.


My alarm went off shortly after this, I know I had not slept very much but was well rested and ready for the day. I find myself wondering what is happening to me...

That is so amazing and beautiful i am in awe. I do not have the answer you are looking for but i would suggest for you to ask the teacher and see what wisdom she has to guide you with. Very awesome!

Sounds like Astral Travel to the Guide plains Starstriker...and also sounds like an amazing experience. I like that you shared the ball of energy with the world to go where its energy was needed.

Thanks new dawn I think you are right. There has been more since this experience and I am being taught how to use the energy I have been able to feel and see my whole life. I feel as if I am being awakened inside. I will post some of the expiernces in my blog.
