My daughter says that she feels like she is being "followed" by a young girl with black or dark brown hair. The girl even sat on her bed (my daughter thought it was her sister who sat on the bed but sister was down stairs). She wants to know who it is so I told her I would ask what my forum friends think. My personal opinion is Joy guide but I'm not sure.

from what I know, guides do not "sit" on your bed. This sounds like a spirit girl. Someone who passed in the area. Do some research and see if you can find an accident victim or a murder in your area (close) that fits this girl's description. Children will appear to other children because they feel safe.

Thank you Laura. Emma did say she thought the girl was pretty young maybe 6-8 yrs and possibly Hispanic. I will talk with her and see what she says. There have been many traffic deaths in our area. Her father lives 3 minutes away in the next neighborhood. Maybe we can try and talk to her today.

I do not normally posts on threads regarding spirits, but I feel really compelled to post on this one. I got quite a clear vision of this girl. I too feel like this is a spirit and not a guide. This is what I am picking or feel like..this young girl knows your daughter can see her and is excited about making contact but your daughter seems too afraid to make that connection so she is following her until your daughter gets comfortable enough to say hello. Sort of like saying, "see its ok, I won't hurt you."

Edit: I got hispanic/indian 9 years old...and I deleted it in case I was wrong and then read your post. I have got to gain that confidence.

Emma just told me a couple of weeks ago that she wants to make contact and help spirits but she's not ready to see them yet! your amazing! thank so much for your gift and for replying! I will tell her for sure Emma nor I believed it was a scary spirit and helping children spirits is what Emma feels like she is meant to do especially. Her inner light is beginning to really shine and I'm a proud momma!

I am doing my best to guide her but I do believe that her ability will be incredible!

OH now I am scared to say...

I was going to ask what she was wearing...this is what I got...I could be totally off. I see a white halter top (sleeveless) with some frill on the bottom and a pair of white shorts....but then I see a reddish/pink teeshirt and jean shorts...maybe I am coming up with diffent variations because I am not trusting myself enough.

Name...Marilla is the first thing that came to mind..is that even a girls name?

Awesome! I too had a vision of a long white frilly shirt or dress type. When I think of this little girl I instantly got the name "chicamarilla" lol which is our forum friend.. so my thought was Marilla or Marillo too. I couldn't decide and then I saw the name you chose.. chica means girl so hey maybe we r on to something here!! I'll see what Emma has to say then I'll let you know. I will try to do some research on the local area for a girl possibly named Marilla and native american.

I looked up tha name Marilla and it is indeed a real girls name, very rare but still it exists.

I keep seeing her walking in the middle of the street, so I think Pagan was right in saying that she was in an accident. She is striking...very, pretty and very feminine little girl. And when she sits on your daughters bed she has a very straight posture.

Hi Newdawn, I told Emma everything and she was beaming. It was like everything was being confirmed for her and she matched what we thought as well. She was so happy that this little girl wants to speak with her and that the little girl likes to be around her. It made her feel really good and she couldn't stop smiling!! We are both going to try to work with Marilla and see what she needs.

I feel like the little girl will not move on because her mom and little sister (?) are still here but is attracted to Emma because of her bright inner light.. Maybe she wants us to find her family and Emma to give the family a message. I don't know!

Awesome Jenn! Thank you so much for the confirmation! I am so glad that Emma is feeling good about this! I kept thinking of the name evelyn last night and now I am wondering if I was picking up on Emma...E. She must be projecting much of her thoughts and I do feel like she has a lot of white light energy around her because I thought a lot about this last night and I too feel like her mom and sister and maybe a brother are still here. I see an older girl in the passenger seat of a vehicle and two smaller kids in the back..a boy and girl. I feel like they all got in an accident, possibly car and this little girl lost her life. Manslaughter kept coming to mind...like the other driver was a drunk driver or something related to it.

You and Emma have given me so much confidence as I travel on this journey as well and I thank you both so much for that. Please give her my best and if something comes up...please let me know!

I read ur original post and saw her before I read the other posts I saw her wearing a flowing white top - the picture oddly was almost like it was photoshopped!!! It was in sepia!!! How weird!!
I also sensed an accident - in the picture she is sitting with her back to me but her head is turned towards me she is sitting on wat could be a fallen tree...

She is happy and means absolutely no harm... She seems to have figured out that your daughter has this ability and 'befriended' her, she is happy she has found someone she can communicate with- she was getting lonely...

Its so wonderful that your daughter has this gift!!!

Hi Zen! Thank you so much! The confirmations have been great! My daughter is befriending her and during this time developing her self and abilities. It seems so odd to me to be happy that my daughter has a spirit friend! However I think this is what Emma needs in order to develop and grow. This spirit friend is aware of Emma's needs and wants and is happy to go along with it! Emma and I now "talk" to this friend. However, the spirit girl is apprehensive to talk to me but I continue to be caring, loving and there if she needs me too (both Emma and the spirit girl!)
