Default presence in bedroom
HI, this morning first thing my husband asked me if I had slept well last night. I slept great never woke up, which I normally do. Not a normal question for him to ask me especially first thing in the morning. Usually I'm already complaining lol! He said he actually woke up, which he NEVER does, (he could sleep through a tornado..)

He said he felt a strong presence in the room. There is more information about it but I do not want to cloud people's thoughts as far as who we think it may be. Maybe someone can tell us who it was and if they needed help? I have an idea but I thought I would ask others too.

Thanks

Jenn

Ok it happened again last night and I was woken up several times during the night because of it... It was not negative but I was annoyed lol I need my beauty sleep!! I was not afraid at all and I had strange dreams because of spirit. I do not want them to leave just not wake me up! My husband said it too woke him up during the night.. any ideas on how to settle my restless spirit? Maybe I should just ask what they need...

Both of you need to set the intention before bed. Do you ask out loud ?

"I ask my guides to keep the spirits from waking us up at night. I trust in your service to me. I will sleep soundly with you watching over me."

The other thing I do is sleep with a piece of Citrine in my pillow case. They never wake me up anymore. I do both of those things.

awesome thanks. This is kind of new to us with the waking up so I will set my intentions and ask my guides.

Thanks!
