Once I was passing by a group that was gathered around a girl who was about to faint, and I ironically laughed and said "What's this? a ceremony?" I guess no one heard me because no one answered me xD

Well the thing was I took her left hand and held it for about 15 minutes, and while doing that I was staring at her and wishing she was "cured"... to my surprise, she fell down inmediately when I seperated my hands from hers to go for some medicines. I was kind of shocked, I couldn't believe I was kind of giving her energy.

One day my little brother burst into tears because he had a terrible headache and couldn't take it, and I decided to make an experiment. I closed my eyes, told him to lay down and close his eyes.... I took some breaths and put my hands near and around his head and after 1 minute he stopped complaining and fell asleep.

Last year during holy week I had an abscess in one of my teeth and it hurt terribly, I cried a lot! of course I had to wait for the holy week to see the dentist because I was at a mountain far from civilization xD xD xD

Well one of those dreadful days my tooth hurt badly and I wanted to sleep (I was in bed), so I told myself "Adrián you're going to sleep, no matter what you have to do" and took some breaths trying to focus on them and not on the pain, after a while when I was a bit more relaxed I started making mental statements such as "I'm healthy" "Pain has dissapeared" "I feel awesome", etc.

Some minutes after doing this I fell no pain and could sleep with no problem that night

PD: I did this experiment other days but this night was the only moment when it best worked, I guess it did because I did want to sleep that night xD
