hehehehe layed down one day and put the headsets on and threw on "contacting your guides".

as soon as it came on my body begun to spin in circles. I woke up the first time and felt SOO very top heavy where I could have fell right over. the second time waking up, then going to the bathroom, then going to the bedroom I actually fell right over head first. It was awsome

the feeling of leaving the body and my legs so tingly..they felt like quicksand just sinking away. Such a powerful podcast

any takes on this?

hey guys..is there any way to download these podcasts of laura? i have a very limited time with my laptop, but i travel most times of the day..it would be great to listen to them while killing time using my mp3 player..

Yes, go to itunes and download or... go right to the podcast page, hit DOWNLOAD under the episode and save to your computer.

Then slide them onto your MP3 Player!

Hi Zinthar and Laura:

I read your post here Zinthar and started looking around for Laura's podcast. Please forgive me, if it seems like I am jumping/hijacking this thread (I read a post yesterday harshly scolding newbies for doing this), but wow oh wow. I have been trying so hard to make contact with my spirit guide and I followed her meditation today and I believe I met her...I am in awe and speechless.

Thank you for posting this because it lead me and Laura, you are amazing. I am so glad to have found this site.
