i have been learning and reading up a fair bit on the laws of attraction and the ego and higher self etc, when i do a relatation, i clear my mind and if i have anything needing answered i put my energy and feeling out to the universe and and kind of wait for an answer- its hard to explain- most of the time i will see words in my mind in reguard to answers, i once in a deep relaxed state even heard an answer clear as day.....but my question however is, is the unvierse/my higher self giving me the answers i seek or is it my ego telling me what it thinks i want to hear???

Heavens angel, the way I can tell the difference between my ego and my higher self is to pay attention to the feeling behind the message. When it is my ego I hear messages that stem from fear, self criticism, negativity, possessiveness. If the message is from my higher self it stems from overwhelming love, acceptance, positive affirmation, and the like.

well when i get a reply, i see words on my mind, the words are in white against the dark of my eyes being closed and they flash, i only ask yes or no questions and the answer will flash in my mind....
