It lasted at least 3 seconds or more. It usually lasts a fraction of a second for me. The longest one I've probably ever had. It happened at church today. I could never actually determine what de ja vu was supposed to signal or it's purpose but I was on the kid's stage volunteering for a skit and I was playing an older sister for a girl who thought god loved "me" more than her for today's message and when I went to touch her shoulder to comfort her for my part, the de ja vu flooded in and I knew I'd been in the same exact position before, sitting next to her, and blah blah... It's hard to recall now for some reason the feeling during the De Ja Vu but as it was happening I thought to myself "It's like a glitch, a repeat." This has either happened before and somehow my reality is some messed up loop sequence, or I had a dream one night fairly recently that modeled every detail of the moment or whatever.

The other thing is that every time I have a de Ja Vu I feel a need to tell someone, and try to make it casual. Like subconsiously I'm supposed to say something but don't know why. As if anyone actually cared lol... "Oh yeah well that's pretty mysterious... whatever! Now, back to real life!"

that's awsome!!! there has been so much said about de ja vu that it's hard to determine what is the real cause.

There is a beleif that it's a lesson being learned...you are experiencing a segment in your life, consider it bookmarked, in order to happen to get a sensation of something more. Try asking God to explain this to you and ask for your guides to help the information come through A lot of time messages from God can get diluted from our minds so our guides help His message come through louder and clearer

isn't the feeling wonderful though...everything seems to slow down and every detail of that event unfolds...almost as though you are looking into another dimension or another part of the World that we cannot grasp just yet. It's like a A HAH moment a time to think..oooo my guides are saying "Remember that God is in eternity and time to Him is nothing. Within those seconds of rememberance much more is taking place. An instant download of information then the trick is for you to out what just got installed "

The more you talk about the de ja vus the more you are asking for them to happen It is always a great thing to talk about your experiences no matter who it is. ... the only one blocking the conversation is your own emotions

Oh, deja vu...My favorites are the ones where you have deja vu of having deja vu. Those really throw you for a loop.

The relationship between spirit and déjà vu
My theory is that déjà vu comes from the spirit. It is a result of premonitions prior and during life on planet Earth. Your brain, which operates like the memory and processor for the human body, latches on to these pre-witnessed events and attempts to process them.
