One of these beautiful souls was my 11-year-old daughter's best friend's Mom; the other was my best friend's (growing up) Mom. They both radiated with extremely joyful energy . . .very at peace and smiling. It was a beautful experience to connect to such vibrance.

I have not been on this forum for awhile, but have had several experiences connecting to spirits this year. In the past couple of months my best friend from highschool's Mom has transitioned . . . and just this past week my 11-year-old daughter's best friend's Mom. With both of these transitions I have connected directly (and quicky) to their energy. Is that because it is so soon after they have left their bodies? I hope I explained that right . . . in the past, spirits just seem to come to me at very random times (without any effort on my part). I don't try to connect with them . . . they seem to try and connect with me. But in these two instances, I could easily connect and feel their energy so strongly. Has anyone had a similar experience?

This happens to me also only with "some peoples energy" right after they transition. I think this happens when they are truly consiously and unconsciously ready for the transition. Some people I feel need to adapt to the transition.

I also ALWAYS feel peoples energy in the funeral home. I dont care what anyone says lol they are there. For many years I used my kids as an excuse not to go.

It only happened once where it was such an angry negative man. (wasnt the person who I went for) He was all over and It was like I felt he was over my head for about 5 min I kept looking up he was makeing my hair stand on end. When I sat down in the lobby the people who were there for him were talking very harshly about the man. Apparently he wasnt very nice while he was on the earth plane

Other then that one experiance, the rest were always more positive. To the point where words come out of my mouth that had very sugnificant meanings to there loved ones and brought comfort. I have also come a long way from that exeprience, where I am more capable of handeling the negativity.

welcome back to the forum. I've noticed it isn't so much the length of time that a person has spent in the spirit world, connecting with friends or family members is easier than it is connecting with the guide(s) who helps us to develop and unfold our mediumship.

Right , it really depends on the spirit that has passed as to how soon they will connect.

My gram came to me the night she passed to say goodbye. I've only felt her a few times since then.

My dad took 1 year to come to me in spirit. Seems that after LONG illnesses, it takes them longer to reconnect to the earthly plane.
