Today's service was a glorious service conducted through the powers of the Holy Spirit!

John 6 (63) ''It is the spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words I speak to you are spirit and they are life."

As we move from Earthly to Spirit we are given guidance only from that which we accept as our savior and guide! We were given the only Son of God for us to be saved, for us to be not of this Earth, for us to be the best that we can potentially be in His name.

For this to be possible the Holy Spirit must remain active. And this can only be achieved through acceptance and listening to the Holy Spirit. Everytime we listen to the Holy Spirit we allow this being to grow within us we allow our path to be of light and give unto this World a likeness of Christ that will negate the darkness around us.

The Priest said "if we were to obtain money in the mail in the form of a cheque that would be great...the only way to accept that cheque is to open the mail and invest it or put it into the bank. It would be a shame to not accept the benefits of this gift. Much is said about the Holy Spirit given unto us through a seed...a seed that can only grow and prosper by following it's word."

The soil is our soul...the water is the life of Christ..the sun is God.

Follow in the steps of Christ and allow that seed to nurish and grow. Amen

So do you believe the Holy spirit is God? Or is the Holy Spirit within us? or both?

This is where Faith comes into play Through the tri -une God there is the Holy Spirit..the Father and the Son which are all the same and all in different forms. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God sent to us after Jesus was sacrificed for our Soul salvation IE. The comforter.

To me .. the Holy spirit is very real..the feeling of the Holy Spirit makes my mouth water and warms my heart it's a feeling that melts you from the inside out .. the feeling of being surrounded by complete love. It's a guide that pulls you in a certain direction or a whisper that directs conversation to keep you safe.

I strongly beleive in the Holy Spirit and know that if my will is strong enough to allow the Holy Spirit to guide and protect I would be doing the Will of God which has been determined before I came to Earth.

It's so amazing for that Spirit is the Spirit that does the readings ...the Spirit that guides me to do readings and to advance in my soul it's the Spirit that connects us all to God.

Though I'm not Christian, I do see the similarities in how I believe as well here.

God to me is not a being, but that Holy Spirit you speak of. Thanks for explaining how you see it, I like to learn everyone's beliefs

This may sound weird but i do belive that every religion, and every belief holds a truth Not one of them holds the truth in its entirety. Most religions celebrate there holidays and festivities around the same time. coincidence? lol I dont think soooooo lol

In my mind (scary place lol) Its Like in a movie where the bad guy is looking for all the pieces of hidden treasure they are scattered around the entire world/universe. Once all the pieces are brought together the keeper will have the ultimate power of the universe lol

In reality it is to much power, to much knowledge for "one" to hold. If one person, or one belief or religion held this power, good or bad.... It would destroy the balance and create destruction of all things.

I also love to hear of other peoples belifes Its an education! and you never know when you will hear a "truth"

I am repeating something I heard I cant for the life of me remember where lol. so forgive me if I get it wrong but I hope you get the idea

Imagine each religion or belief is a single strand of thread. As single strands we can easaly be broken.. Then Imagine each one joining and intertwining.... combing into one... Together with all of our belifes and religions we created a very very strong rope

One of the reasons I respect all religions, and belifes.

Who knows maybe with spiritualism on the rise, and more and more people wanting to be the best they can be, doing not whats just best for them but for all.... maybe thats what the year 2012 is all about

Thanks for reading about my beliefs Researching all aspects of spirituality has definately been apart of my path and very enjoyable at that.

Smiles you touched on something that sparked a rememberance .. a whisper of a theory about 2012...which definately did not come from me LoL half the time all I am doing is making sure my mind does not get me into trouble LoL, so all credit to the Holy Spirit on this one hehehehe.


If everyone beleived that on 2012 there was going to be a spiritual rise and everyone begun to think with doubtless thoughts upon 2012 the energy of that date would bring about a spiritual growth. It would be similar to people gathering over another person who is injured and praying with all their hearts, removing all doubts to heal that person. I am not sure what to say of 2012 there has always been a feeling a rush of excitment surrounding 2012. The same feeling is brought on when talking about the coming of the age of Aquarius in 2036.

And I agree fully about learning about other cultures, beliefs and ways of life they all bring about a message to peice together. Yet there has been one thing that has happened everytime there has been an end result and that end result was always God. The feeling and realization that I could not gain anymore knowledge or move any farther without the assistance and protection of God and the comfort of the Holy Spirit.
