I was sitting in a welfare office last year waiting to see my case manager and I closed my eyes and was taken into a very visual and deep meditation.

I was in the lotus position, hands on knees with my thumbs and pointer fingers touching. In front of me was a beautiful waterfall pooring out crystal clear water. All around me life bloomed with green lush trees, soft green grass, deep hearty Earth and on either side of the waterfall were caves. The caves themselves spewed forth rainbows which poured to the top of my head and cascaded into my body and down into the Earth. My eyes opened and those too were rainbow in colour. I floated out towards the waterfall and underneath me was a pool the waterfall was falling into so I fly upwards and around back to where I was meditating to find the waterfall parting and a dragon, black with red scales, coming out of the waterfall and into my body, into my brain on the right side. The dragon would then follow me around for awhile sometimes releasing greats turrents of roars into the air. His name was similar to a name off of Lord of the Rings similar to Aragon. I would try to recall this meditation only to see the land desolate and putrid, the water dirty and filth and all the rainbows seised. This meditation came back to me tonight while I was working out. I have had many problems with anger and Two nights ago it erupted again. Every 4 months this anger peaks and it's an uncontrollable force. I saw the Dragon go back into it's den and the rainbows came back the land grew green again and lush the water no longer looks putrid and all is calm above the pool.
