I believe my crown chakra is to open. And its stuck that way i think. What can someone do to learn how to close it and make it smaller? I'm pretty certain it is cause I am very sensitive to the energy. In a sense it feels like a large tube of energy going down the top of my head. Im a newbee spiritual person

keep the circle of light around you and ask for God to lower the intensity.

With the crown chakra being open as much as it is...it is part of the growth of your energy.

Your chakras are developing and need that extra light coming into your body. Just remember when you begin this journey your body will need to stretch out to allow the energies coming in to fit to your body

And if it's the crown chakra draw it in ... meditate and see the light go all the way down and out your toes

That's awsome it's opening for you!! God must have much in store for you.
