I don't know why I'm remembering this now, I had completely forgotten about it. Today I was doing a meditative exercise where you sit in a chair with your feet on the ground, your palms facing your thighs, and you take deep breaths. It was an exercise to get you relaxed and focused.
Once I was relaxed and focus, I was interrupted by a loud noise shaking the house and stopped the meditation. Only a few minutes went by before I crawled under the sheets of my bed and began to meditate again. Something happened, it felt like complete white light was around me and yet, it felt like the whole world was shaking to oblivion. It was painful, but not physically. I don't know what happened. All I remember was trying desperately to push away from my physical form and my whole body going completely numb and shakey. I think I heard a male voice speaking to me. I can't remember what he was saying, but I think he was telling me to stop. After that, I fell asleep and completely forgot about it until now. Anyone have a clue as to what happened? It was the first time something like this occured with me while meditating. |

The shaking is your third eye opening We are excited about your progress God Bless Love and Light Amen |
