Default Seeing colours with Tai Chi
I did some yoga a few years ago and some tai-chi was incorporated into a class. I was very relaxed as we had meditated for a long time prior to class. While doing some nice flowing tai chi moves I began to see a colour sweeping off my right arm arm as it moved. The colour faded as my arm moved much like the way a swirling sparkler fades as it is moved, and it was like a soft apricot color rather than a light. If my arm moved to the left the colour swept off to the right and visa versa. Does anyone know what this means? Is it some kind of chi energy? It was facinating, but then when I looked away for a split second and looked back it was gone!

Chi energy, Chakra, Spiritual. When it comes down its all the same sort of energy. From personal experience since I was born I have always found it easy going blanked minded aka Zombie minded and I would see Energy like crazy off of objects every where.
