Deja vu in my opinion is your guides telling you, this is a lesson at hand, pay attention.. you've done this before. Maybe not the EXACT thing you are doing when you feel it... but the lesson at hand is.

hmmm where to start...

de ja vu makes perfect sense if (and this is the part i am still battling with) there is no such thing as time.

I have read a few ummm wat would i call them... letters written by angels, etc even in Conversations with God book 1 - time to the astral world does not exist and in saying that i can not understad how we then experience time day to day as according to many of these it explains that everything has actually already happened... and that would mean that while today is happening tomorrow is happening and yesterday is happening and all of this has already happened.

so from that light we have a memory of what is about to happen and that explains de ja vu in that context but i am still confused... so there we have it.. this post isnt of any help but a thinking point maybe?

I my experience, DeJu'vU is the precursor for the awakeing of psychic abilities. Before I developed my abilities I would get those feelings off of people, objects, places, ect, but I knew that I have never known the person, or have never seen the place, ect. But the flashes and feelings would come and go so quickly that it would disappear before I had a chance to figure out what was going on. Once I started my spiritual journey and discovered the different abilities, I decided the next time I got the 'deja"vu thing ( I call them twinges) that i would try and hold on it it as long as possible and try "read" it. The first 10 or 20 attempts the still came and go so I would mentally "pull it back" and the impressions stayed longer.
As I continued to develope my abilities , I found out that I was empathic and had some clairvoyance , so the deja'vu's were basically me picking up psychic impressions from those people, objects, ect. I eventually learned to read it. I am thinking that this is what is happening to you, the precursor, the thing to get your attention to develope your abilities. Your already receiving the impressions, now it's time to hang on to it longer and get the whole picture. This dous take time, so be patient with yourself, but have fun with it. When you get, remember it until you can write it down. Notice any pictures or emotions that you are getting from it. It may be very basic at first , but as you develope so will the impressions.

At the moment I am struggling with DejaVu too........ It has happened to me since birth.. I would say .. im getting dejavu.. I felt I was reliving things..

I also started to see into the future... and it would come through....

I didnt know whether this was all about psychic abilities or what..

So anwyay I recently did a course with Robert Schwartz - "your soul plan".. (soul plan is where we pre-plan our lives)

and I asked the question......

Do we remember from our soul plan or do we see into the future.......

he said we rembember........ so basically dejavu is us remembering our prebirth planning.. (it can also be stored in our askechic records)

I am reading his book at the min.. and there is lots of evidence.. (3 mediums, one who can listen to your pre-birth planning, one who can channel their own soul etc.. ) it's making me think!!!

It resonates with me because I have so much I fortold and remembered.. even as far as part lives.. that it makes sense to it all...

I'm brand new to the board and community. I came here in part out of fear and in part out of just trying to accept what I think might be happening to me. I really need your help.

I am in my Saturn Return and ever since it started many things have changed for me of course. As my life changes have come and gone, one thing keeps growing and getting weirder, which is a PERPETUAL sense of dejavu. It's stronger during some points of the day than others. Early afternoon seems to be the time of day where the feeling is strongest. It gets to the point where I can finish people's sentences and predict sounds, but that is rare. The general sensation of dejavu without actually "remembering" what's about to happen is what is most pervasive and it's driving me crazy.

I have had dejavu for a loooong time, especially as a child, and mediums and second-sight run in my family quite a bit. No one I've talked to about this can really help me, however. It's not a "bad" or a "good" feeling but it's just this feeling of having done this all many, many times already and it's scaring me to death. I have clairvoyant dreams as well, but I haven't learned how to remember them upon waking -- I remember them when whatever event it was that I dreamt about is just about to happen. It's usually mundane, every-day life things.

Part of me would love to tap into this to use it as a tool to help people but most of me is just scared that if I develop it something bad will happen. I don't know ... I'm just very confused.

Multiple-numbers keep increasing. Not too long ago I started seeing 1111, 333, and 555 constantly. The number 343 has followed me around since I was 15. One morning I just woke up at 343a and I have seen the number ever since -- clocks, book pages, license plates, my ipod, phone numbers... all those standard things. Could this all be related? I'm very nervous about it all. Thanks for any advice.

Every one experiences diffrent things at diffrent times deja vu may lead to nothing more the deja vu, or it may lead you onto a new experiances. It depends on you, and where you want to go with it.

You also keep seeing my numbers lol. 1111, 333,555 Even my husband says he only see's those numbers when he is with me lol

I've had identical phenomena occur to me and since it has been happening, it has led to a surge in my spirituality and a self strengthening from what I discovered to be my life path.

I'd say this just an indication of some kind of change; some kind of heightening of awareness for you. Honestly, it's merely a more clear sense of perception and probably has to do with your crown and/or brow chakras opening up. What might work is doing some looking inwards; perhaps you'll find serenity of the issue there.

As far as 1111, I'm pretty sure thats a very very very very very very divine number haha; I've seen it a ton, particularly during spiritual endeavors. I say do some research online about numerology to get a better feel for that stuff.
