Greetings,I was just reading your posts and I too have this happen when I am just sitting in a chair relaxed, definitely when going of to sleep, I am so sure that the bed must be vibrating hard out!........ I ask my husband if he can feel it?
Sometime when meditating, but I notice it is always when I am relaxed.
It did not freek me .... I just new it was a new experience and just cautiously allowed it to happen... Still do not know what this actually is.... maybe someone out there can tell us.

peace love and light

Got a question here too regarding body vibration.

I was very new to this spiritual stuffs at that time,so i do not know the meaning of the incident that i encountered, thought it was just some kind of things that can be ignored and just dismissed it.

Initially,I discovered about lucid dream and tried to get into it.I focus hard on having lucid dream on one night and i woke up in the middle of night.

When i woke up,i was still in the state of blurr and then quickly get back into sleep by retaining my consciousness into dream with me.I thought i was going to have lucid dream that night lol!

The weird part is,while i was closing my eyes trying to get into the dream state again,I got in 'halfly',and with my body vibrating greatly, feeling my counsciousness drifting away too.I felt a bit scared too since it was my first time to encounter things like this.

I try hard to hold myself from losing my consciousness and got into the complete sleeping state, but however,i failed.Lol!

Ever since then,i didn't encounter it again. And i wasn't trying as hard as i did on that time in getting lucid dream now.I wonder if that would happen again if i concentrate hard on having lucid dream?

Appreciate any explanation here.If no,hope my experience could help somebody somehow lol!

Blessings.

Hi Cerberus!
I have found that the body vibration encounter isnt something that is consciously done. Lucid dreaming is great! However I have had lucid dreaming and didnt have the vibrations, and on the other I had vibrations without lucid dreaming. Try relaxing, breathing deeply and steady and stay conscious of your body as you began to drift off, try that and see what happens.
When I experience the vibrations it was an every now and then occurance, and it just happened lol
so goodluck and keep us posted!!!

Lots of love and light!!

I've had a similar experience. except the vibrations felt like they were rocking from head to toe of my body and i heard these noises like vibrations and it felt kinda like a roller coaster. i tried to astral project, but it didn't work. i really cant explain it either.

Default body vibrations
Hi, another thing I experience when im falling asleep at night, I feel like a vibration through my body its really strange its happened a few times, at first I thought it might be my blood pressure or something, but I don't think it is, it lasts for about 20 seconds and im usually about five/ ten minutes into drifting off to sleep. Any explanations to what it could be. Thanks

This happens to me too!! Its so crazy! I find however that when that starts to happen, and I close my eyes I began to see images or feel some kind of entity connection with something in the room, like a spirit. It began to freak me out a bit so I tried to stop them from happening, but then I got comfortable with it and just fell asleep. Not so much anymore, but its crazy when it happens. Enjoy it and instead of falling sleep, trying relaxing your body completely, and make sure you breathe, focus on you're third eye and see what happens!! Let me know!!
Much love and light!!!
