Thanks everyone for responding Seems like I do better upon waking up than any other time I meditate. The other morning I was getting just flashes of pictures (almost like a slide show) but they went by so fast I couldn't make much out of it. I guess I do need to slow down, It will come eventually. Just a small side note, and it is rather strange. Ever since I started meditating my cat feels the need to lay his head right across the top of mine, strange!

I just started meditating several months ago, but have yet to really get anywhere with it, perhaps I'm just trying to hard. But this last week on several occasions as I'm just waking up in the morning (you know concious but still half asleep) I look with the 3rd eye and on both occasions I'll see little flickers of light, like someones saying "hey, pay attention" The first time this happened after the flickers of light a brilliant orb of blue and white flashed before me, it was very intense. The 2nd time, which was actually this morning, it almost seemed like an angels wing fluttering in front of me almost touching me as it was that close. Any thoughts on this or am I just losing my mind.

Thanks Sopia. I wasn't at all asking for a reading (or I didn't mean it that way) I just had a strange experience and wanted peoples opinions on it.

I've been away on vacation so just catching up. I recommend you start a journal and write down everything you experience. Everyone should do this as it's a great learning experience and if you by chance forget what you were told during a meditation then you can always reference back. Yes, pay attention your guides are helping you learn. Have fun and keep up with it.

This sounds fascinating! I wonder what it's all about. I am going to keep an eye on this thread and I am fascinated. I am going to find a way of getting my 'other half' to use a spiritualist church as I feel I am ready to go back to one (I'll have locate one as we've moved recently) and I think if my other half (going to be husband at end of September) came he would find comfort as he lost his child after a month of life over 18 years ago and he is still sad. Personally I think she's with us here! Sorry didnt mean to go on...I hope you find out what this is all about. LizzieJ

notice how you feel around it, when it comes again, ask his/her name and who sent them, and protect yourself. If it is your guide or guardian angel, they will have no problem introduceing themselves per say, but always side with caution first. If it is them, get to know them, especially how their energy feels so you can recognize it later when you need guidance, then you will know it is them. hope this helps.

this is what i seen when i read your note ,,, see how it feels ,, ,,

i see an older gent around 65 or so ,grey hair and tall ,, , as you wake ,he leaves ,, he seems to be a grandad figure ,, the blue colour of the orbe you saw means sheilding and the white is from a higher frequency and protection ,,,
he is not there to harm you ,,,quiet the opposit in fact ,,, i feel from him that he works with you when your asleep,,, he dose have a feel about him that he is watching you closely ,, have you had a testing time recently , ?

and if you feel hes saying pay attention , then slow down a bit ,, and look with your hart ,, keep going on your meditation , but dont expect to see all at once ,, it takes time and pationts,,, ,,
this gent is giveing me an R name ,,like ron or rodger???? ,, he allso gave me a sore shoulder as well ,

oh ,, and haveing a bit of a look around ,, where your bed is ,, over in the left side corner of the room ,, i see a boy of about 8 or so ,, dark hair , and a blue jersey on ,, he seems shy ,, it feels like his hart stoped ,, befor birth or during ,,
when you read this , ill ask him to be there ,, so now wonder over and feel around for coolness useing the hand you dont write with ,,,,hes not tall so feel around at waste hight ,,,,,,,,,,,,

i allso feel the presence of a mother figure there ,, i cant really see her but i smell her comeing in ,, all i see of her is dark curly hair and glasses ,, im being told she is a guied ?? she is overseeing what is going on ,,
