Emily, it could well be your guide trying to get your attention.

Meditation is one of the best ways to meet your guide/s. Unless you have a guide like mine, she shouted her name out in my head lol.

As with any spiritual work, make sure you ground & protect yourself first.

Here's a great meditation I used the other day & got excellent results. What works for one person may not work for another but it's worth trying & it's only 10 minutes long.

I did have loads more links but unfortunately my computer crashed yesterday & I had to wipe the hard drive & lost everything
