If I come out of fast and straight ahead out of my body while meditating through white energy quickly I assume that is astral projecting. Then if Im meditating and seem to be out how ever and find myself flying around I guess thats still astral projecting? Or did I just fall asleep? If I find myself in the same situation again while i was defenetely asleep is that still astral projecting? And then last, if I'm meditating and still very conscious of my body and where I am in the physical but as the energy flows through me the scenery moves with it wether its just energy or a physical scenery then is that still astral projecting? And then what is the purpose of doing this? Is it just enertainment?

Astral projection is the most exilerating experience one can experience while in this form...It reminds us of the feeling of freedom here in the World as we are all just physical forms of spirits. Astral projection is a form of meditation it charges your spirit much like sleeping...it calms and relaxes the mind and allows higher Truth to be accessed....as in some religions it is called 'peeking into heaven' . It has benefits beyond anything in this World ... communicating with Ascended masters. Seeing your past lives...or being in a place you would like to be or see..such as family when far away. It could be a form of entertainment as you are playing a game with Spirit..but i also beleive that it teaches one to Let Go of Everything...to learn to trust again..to learn to drop all and trust in something that is around us all the time...almost an invitation to find Creator/God/Universe. I could see a development of a relationship with the real and the spirit..meaning..while riding a bike..driving a car...doing a test..being at work..allowing spirit to step in a help out...to see things before it happens..a development of the Psyche and Spiritual intuition. That is very impressive to have so much consciousness while projecting..I myself cannot whether its a block or just not wanting to i have yet to figure that out. Keep up the good work We are very proud of your progess

Thank you for your response Zinthar! Thanks for the insight about astral projecting. I'm not sure what I'm doing. This is all come an go. And the one going out quickly straight ahead almost never happens. It just happend out of luck. And I think it was only because there was an awful lot of energy around me that day.
