So the other night I was meditating, or at least attempting to, by using a different technique to what I usually use, (which is mantra, I used tree visualisation) anyways, I did a sorta inner 'hello' then I'm pretty sure I heard a deep mumble in my ear, so I tried again and I heard the mumble, then I felt funny and my head slumped, it's sorta blank and I don't know if I lost any time, but it sorta felt what an anxiety attack might feel like, to me anyways.
It freaked me out alot, just wondering WTF it was.. Also, i have know idea if i'm meditating properly, so what is the best technique? Also, I had my first dream for a while last night, or really this morning, which I shall post on the Dream Interpreting sections later maybe.. Slightly Freak ATM, ~FosoSam |
