I don't see why its not possible. We are spirit. Spirit on the other side can access dreams. I think your friend who did do this is a highly evolved spirit. It takes a LOT of energy to come into a dream, even for the Other Side. But yes, I believe it is possible

COOL!!! idea!!! I am definately going to try this.. i know when i was at the height of my emotional break down i was able to project myself anywhere uncontrolably and unsafely...maybe using love as a guide not fear might be more powerful ..

I went to yor guided meditation without sound..and Laura..*hijack in motion here sorry* it was more powerful without the sound then with it

My friend was describing to me a dream in which she saw one of our other friends (whom we'll call Mia) appear as ghost-like. She says they were both in a familiar place, and the "astral" mia said that when she was running low on energy, she would have to go "back."

When I first heard this, i thought that mia was astral projecting, but upon more thought, I'm not totally sure its possible to astral project into someone's dream.

what do you guys think?
